I had time to kill before a memorial event for a friend. Since i hadn't eaten lunch, i tried a new to me restaurant. I was there 2:30p on a Sunday. One other couple. The girls serving were very hospitable checking on me with smiles. I had an appetizer chicken quesadilla (don't order as appetizer unless you are sharing). The chicken was very tasty. I had no complaints. I also had a skinny margarita. It was HUGE. I only drank half cuz i had to go to my event. I'm going to come back. The outside area is inviting. read more

Good food. Good service sometimes. Reasonably priced. I give only four stars because of the poor atmosphere and loud music are a deterrent for us! We go there often and like the Quesadillas! Good value for the money! We always had good service from the female servers but terrible service from the middle aged impatient and not very pleasant waiter. Received a warm greeting from Cynthia when we arrived which is always nice. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and tho there is a bar available there is plenty of restaurant seating with a good view of the downtown scenery. Sergio was doing a good job checking on the patrons and also had a courteous manner. There are plenty of menu options, the food is great and the manager checked on us too. Very pleased with our visit and that salsa served with their chips is some of the best I've had for for an old guy I've tried plenty! Great job Casa Azteca!! read more

We ate at an off time, 3pm and sat at the bar. Atmosphere is very comfortable inside, and we'll decorated. Service was very good and food tasted very fresh and authentic. It's in a great location right on a corner of the busiest intersection in town. Highly recommend as the ingredients and preparation were above most Mexican restaurants in the area. read more

I came here on my lunch break. I know that I should have looked at my meal before leaving but I was in a rush so I grabbed it and left to get back to work. I opened the box and was disappointed from the start. I ordered a beef taco salad, the taco shell was not fresh, taste like it had been made days prior, stale. I overlooked that, the food was ice cold, including beef. The foods quality was horrible. I then called and express my concerns, Yeny did not care and was not willing to assist. I am American and I assume they didn't think I would understand them speaking Spanish and talking about me and laughing. They said I was crazy, they would not refund me and so on. I then informed Yeny I understand what they are saying and not to assume a customer doesn't speak Spanish because I did not to them and I'm not happy with the way they treated me. Of course she did not care still. I will never come here again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Service and Food equally poor. read more

False prices advertised! I ordered 4 street tacos that were advertised at $1.99 a piece, they charged me $14.99 for the tacos instead of $8.00. I also ordered a quesadilla that was advertised at $8.99 they charged me $13.99 PLUS a $5.00 charge because I ordered steak instead of ground beef AND I STILL GOT GROUND BEEF. In total my bill was $37.44 before taxes when it would have been $16.98 if there Yelp prices where correct It did taste good though so there is that. This place is owned and run by 2 brothers from Mexico. The menu is huge. The mahi ceviche is the best I've eaten in many decades. Having lived in Mexico I am really familiar with great Mexican cuisine. The mole poblano sauce is sooooo good. Just like I would eat while living in Mexico. The mahi tacos are fresh and delicious. Stopped by here for lunch, and I can honestly say that the Enchiladas Chipotle is probably the best enchiladas I've ever had. They are THAT good. I sat at the bar and it was pretty quiet given it was a Sunday at 2:30 or so. But I still had a fantastic experience here. Great service (quick and friendly)! The Cadillac Margarita was sooo good. Casa Azteca is located in downtown fort pierce. The location has both inside and outside seating. My family went for margaritas and dinner. The margaritas were pretty average, I would 100% recommend going for the premium/top shelf margarita. The food portion was huge and has quite a bit of variety. I enjoyed my food, but others at my table found it to be a bit bland in terms of the usual spice they expect to find in Mexican. Next time, many people decided they would ask for more spice in their dinners. All and all, not the best but definitely enjoyable. read more

Located in historic downtown Fort Pierce, this is what I would call a no frills restaurant. The place has indoor and outdoor sitting and the decor is nothing fancy. The food was good and plentiful. From the chips and salsa that are served once you sit, to the main dishes. Food was prepared promptly and came out hot. Classic Mexican dishes come with rice and beans but you can ask for them to be served separately. The frozen margarita with salt was yummy and perfect for the early afternoon sun/heat. Unfortunately we didn't leave room for dessert but they have a cheesecake chimichanga that sounds delicious. We will stop by the next time we are in town read more

Hubby and I ate here for first time. We are Ft. Pierce residents and it seems like most restaurants forget that people live here year round and come May the service and food is average and below. Was really excited to eat here because I love Mexican food and it was my birthday. We sat outside because not horribly hot yet. Our waiter brought the menus and then disappeared until I just got up to look for him so we could order. He came back with our food and that was it. Ice tea not refilled (I finally went to fill myself). Not once did he come to check on us and ask how our lunch was! That's why you got a 15% tip which was too high but I'm generous even for terrible service. Food - I ordered the chicken mole and my husband the vegetarian burrito. The mole was tasteless. I was hungry so ate it. But I would give it one star. My husband liked his burrito but said he'd had better Not sure if we will return. This is more of a americanizado mexicano food. The servers brought phenomenal salsa and chips to the table. They have a full bar also! They have vegetarian and vegan options. 1st time eating here and it won't be the last. My wife had the chicken fajita burrito and I had the chipotle enchiladas. Both were excellent, sat at the bar and had great service as well. Stopped here on our way to see a show at the Sunrise theater. Was not disappointed!! Hubby had three enchiladas (one chicken, one beef, and one cheese); it came with rice and beans. It was huge! I have never seen him finish a meal like this - but he did! I had the carne asada quesadilla appetizer as a meal. Holy cow! It was so good - the meat was so tender! Glad I didn't order anything else - I never would have been able to finish it! The house made salsa was great and the chips were nice and sturdy- they didn't disintegrate when you scooped.
