Unsanitary Conditions. I am writing this review to express my serious concern regarding the unsanitary conditions I witnessed at the Chipotle in Fig Garden. As shown in the attached photo, the serving line was in a disgusting state of disarray. Despite having five employees behind the counter, no one took the initiative to wipe down the line, which was covered in a mix of guacamole, various salsas, sour cream, and meat debris. The food quality was equally concerning; the corn and pico de gallo were dried out, suggesting they had been sitting out for too long. Because of the state of the counter, my two bowls were dragged through a wet, messy surface covered in cross-contaminated ingredients. This is particularly alarming for anyone with food allergies. Beyond the cleanliness issues, the portion control was highly inconsistent. I requested double rice but received a single scoop, along with an extremely sparse portion of steak. It wasn't until after my bowl had already passed the station that staff refilled the steak container and served the next customer a significantly larger portion. When I politely asked for a fresh lid due to the mess on the outside of my container, I was met with attitude from the staff. While one employee eventually grabbed a towel to wipe the line down immediately after I spoke up, it was clear that the team knew better and simply neglected to maintain basic hygiene standards throughout the rush. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and would advise others to think twice before dining at this location. read more

I have been going here for a while. Always saw the same faces and the same manager. Everyone worked in harmony Yesterday went in with my wife and I am not to sure on where all the crew went but they had a new crew of people and every dam thing went to hell! First off the rice was down to the old shit. They were serving amounts that were way skimpy. There was a little gal who provided very bad service. Obviously the was another person who was new that was didn't know what the fuck she was doing! This place went to shit fast. There was an apron in the middle of the isle that was clearly a slipping hazard. I don't know where the old crew went but the new crew was terrible. It was a Friday night and about 8 pm when we went. People go there because you would think that being a part of the fig garden area that this restaurant would provide excellent service but no. I am shocked and upset of how that whole location was operating! I hope the owner reads this! I never going back to the shit hole! Walked right up to the counter! I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was ready to take my order. I ordered the steak bowl, which was very tasty. The meat was tender and flavorful. It wasn't busy when we were there for dinner and the restaurant was clean. Self serve drinks, so I was able to get my own soda refill. read more

So me and my friend went to this location of chipotle. The front of the area was very pleasant to walk in as went in the staff greeted us and proceeded to see if we wanted to order which we did. I ordered the chicken bowl which chicken and black beans with homemade salsa, cheese, and lettuce. I thought they had really had big portions of serving . My friend ordered a Carne Asada burrito, which was also large. Both tasted very good. Inside of the restaurant was very clean. I'll be back soon. read more

Been to several other Chipotle locations in town and this one by far is my go to favorite. Service is great and food has always been superb. The manager here is awesome! Seriously, whenever I had a problem with my order (as I order a lot here for my employees), he's always made it right! While in the Fresno area, we stopped for lunch at the Chipotle in the Fig Garden Village. We've been to many Chipotle locations before but have never thought to complete a review. I ordered the quesadilla with barbacoa and to my surprise, it came with 3 sides. I selected the veggies, pinto beans and corn with a side of hot salsa. My husband ordered a burrito with sofritas (plant based) with black beans, white rice, lettuce and the medium salsa. We also shared a side of chips. The service was fast and I was impressed by the amount of food in our meals. I've been to some Chipotle's where the server was less than forthcoming. The food was what we expected it to be. I really enjoyed the barbacoa in my quesadilla. I don't normally add meat to my quesadilla. The hot salsa was flavorful and went well with my meal. The chips were yummy but a little over salted. Overall we enjoyed our meals at this location. read more

This location is incredible: delicious, efficient, clean, quick, and always consistent. I especially want to shout out Luis, who is always super kind, welcoming, always has a good attitude, and who genuinely seems to care about his customers. I come 3+ times weekly for the past several years and he has memorized my order and is always friendly. Do not do online orders! My burrito bowl has never had any issues, especially with this location. There was hardly any meat and what meat was in there was dried out. I come to this location often and this was the one time too many it has been like this... Please order in person only and watch the amount they give you, do not let them charge you for "extra" meat. read more

So went to grab some lunch to go today. Shocked and disappointed on how much or little chicken they put in my bowl. I just moved to Fresno but is there a shortage on chickens here? Won't be going there again or maybe asked for a reasonable amount of chicken. So as you can see there is 1 piece of chicken I picture unless the rest is hiding somewhere in there. I like coming to this place because it's in and out. You order your food and you walk out to eat it right after. It is so convenient. Also I love that they have veggie options and it taste so yummy. The salsas and the sides dishes are great too. My husband orders always the steak burrito and he always say that it is very yummy and filling. My daughter always gets the chicken tacos and she loves them too. She said the carbon flavor is delicious. I order the veggie bowl with beans, rice. Veggies. I also order the chips. They have a kick of lemon and they are delicious. I get the guac too. They have many variety of combinations. They make it fresh and tastes yummy!! I can always eat here without feeling bad as a result. The ingredients are clean, individually prepared and are of a high quality. I love that I can add more vegetables and skip rice and a tortilla entirely. I go for the bowls for that very reason, beans, tons of fajita veggies, pico de gallo and the rest. It makes for a substantially smaller bowl which is partially the idea. Give me MORE of the good stuff and less of the filler, wherever I go. The food is textured, tasty, and can be very healthy... And it's not so full of crap that it blows my tastebuds out.... We frequent several Chipotles in the area, but this location has become more inconsistent in their portions, especially when ordering through the app. (We tend to get much smaller amounts than when ordering in the restaurant.) But last week, I was shocked to find a silicone preservative packet in my bowl! We ordered through the app and took it to go. In fact, I didn't find it until I went to eat the leftovers, which means I microwaved what looked like a metallic packet. Very disappointing and concerning. read more

Will never eat here again!!!!! My stomach started hurting immediately after eating my bowel (bowl) and it was over after that, I got extremely sick. My chips were burnt and food just didn't taste fresh. Rice was mushy and steak tasted chewy and no flavor at all. I wish I would have taken my food back to get a refund but I was to sick to even go back or take pics of that nasty mess. I hate that I paid $20 bucks to get sick. What a freaking waste!!! The Veggie only had rice, beans, and fajita veg - NO Fresh tomato salsa, corn salsa or Guacamole (guacamole isn't extra in veggie bowl!) I was having a bad day so I thought on my way home I'd pick up some chipotle to cheer me up. I mobile ordered but when I got home I opened it up just to see that my bowl was literally only half full. If I pay to get an entree I want full portions, it's not okay to put smaller portions just because it's an online order. read more

11/21/21 Well what used to be is no more. I mean you used to get a decent burrito at Chipolte but they must tell their employees at their initial training "alligator arms, remember alligator arms". What starts off as a scoop of protein for some reason half of it drops out of the scoop on the way to the burrito. I mean come on your giving me beans and some veggies the least you can do is give a decent portion of protein because you have the audacity to charge me $2.45 for a mini scoop of guacamole. And I do mean mini............. Plus it would have been nice to let me know it was an extra charge. Anyway it was a points gift card but still $13.60 I know there's little hack's to get this and get that and do this to get more - I shouldn't have to............... I always go to this location when I order, so far so good with service and with mobile order pick up they always have my food ready by the time I get there. It can get busy during the lunch hr but that's pretty much every food place. Friendly staff friendly manager there. Disappointed!!!! Burrito bowl was incredibly over salted. Steak was tough and full of fat. Guacamole was not like how they usually make it full of slices of Avocado not mixed or mashed.
