Never have I received a Mac and cheese with one damn scoop. I just know they didn't have any made so they just said just put that little scoop and send it out and place it at the bottom of the bag. A couple of weeks ago we visited Chick-fil-A with one of our friends who has special needs. I normally have nothing but great things to say about this location and the company in general, but this experience was honestly very disappointing and concerning. When I went to wash my hands in the restroom, the water was exceptionally hot -- uncomfortably and almost painfully so even for me. I brought this to the attention of the manager, who told me the temperature could not be adjusted because it had to remain that hot in order to meet restaurant standards. That explanation was extremely confusing, considering I've never encountered water that hot in any other restaurant in Fresno. Our sweet friend ended up sitting in the car afterward, holding her cold drink in her hands because they were burning for quite some time after we had already left the restaurant. It was heartbreaking and honestly scary. I couldn't help but think about children or anyone with sensitive skin using that sink -- the water temperature feels more like a hazard than a health standard. For a company whose motto is "It's our pleasure," I did not feel served well when being told that I simply had to use scalding hot water to wash my hands or got get a cup of cold water. Cleanliness and safety should never come at the cost of physical harm. I truly hope management takes this seriously and checks the water temperature before someone gets hurt. Definitely need Blackstone's location to reopen, cause this spot is getting WAAAAYYY too busy! We stopped here on 4/11 on our way back from Monterey, needed something good to eat, so why not stop at a Chick Fil A. I hate to say this about one of my favorite foodie spots, but I miss my main location. This was not up to par. Ambiance was crazy inside! All the seats were full, drive thru line was out into the parking lot, people were everywhere! People were lining up inside to the front door and not moving for anyone. Had to use the restroom and had to push through a couple of guests just to get by. We happened to order curbside pick up, yes we understand it is gonna take a min due to the higher wait times. But I didn't expect to get cold food. One Luke warm sandwich, cold fries and an unsweetened lemonade later. I was disappointed. Fortunately Jess's nuggets were fresh and her Mac and cheese was warm. But it was just my food unfortunately that wasn't fresh. Yes I could've went inside and waited to get it remade, but with how busy it was, I wasn't going to go through that. Especially after being in a car for over 4 plus hours and ready to get back home. I don't want to knock this location, especially because it was a busy day. For what they offer and how they serve, I believe they merit a five star for 'Fast Food'. We have had their fries and signature sandwiches. Nobody can beat their Chick-fil-A chicken and their 'sauce' (a little smokey & delicious). I just wish they had a VEGAN version made out of tofu! SERIOUSLY! Their lemonade 'Frosty' is delicious too! I usually eat at Chick-fil-A twice a week while traveling for work, and I've never had an issue ordering fries with no salt -- until today. I stopped by this location during lunch and ordered my usual: a #7 with fries no salt and a Sunjoy. To my surprise, the employee told me they couldn't make fries without salt. That's something I've never heard from any Chick-fil-A or even other fast food restaurants. Everywhere else, they simply cook a fresh batch, drain the oil, and serve the fries unsalted. It's a basic request, especially for people trying to be more mindful of their sodium intake. I was honestly amazed (and disappointed) that this particular location wouldn't accommodate such a simple request. For a brand known for great service and attention to detail, this experience fell short. After speaking with the manager, she told me that it's the operator of this specific Chick-fil-A that does not allow this service of fries no salt, extremely unheard of and needs to be revised but the manager I spoke to was extremely nice and hospitable, but this operator is just not health conscious for that reason I probably wouldn't come back to this particular location read more

I would always come to this chick fil a (since it's the only nearby) and I never really had an issue, but I recently I started noticing that their quality has been getting worse. Today I ordered through the app for 2 of us. I ordered the new jalapeño ranch sandwich which I had no problems with. However the waffle fries that came with it were cold. And not to mention the Coke Zero that I had gotten, it was flat like the the syrup needed to be replaced. And I also order a Cobb salad with extra nuggets, which wasn't very many. Maybe the company is helping us watch our calorie intake. Could be. But if prices have not dropped.... Why is my usual Spicy Deluxe so.....small? Hi! I went to Chi-fil-a for the first time today. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands because I'm not a dirty person, and there was a little sticker that said "water will be hot." It did not say the water MAY be hot, but WILL be hot. If you know the problem, then fix it. The food is good. The quality was good. It all smelled good. Everything looked clean. The people were nice. But the Chic-fil-a sauce just tasted like mustard, and I do not like mustard. Shoutout to the chicken strips and waffle fries with a Coke on the side and my mom who let me try her sandwich, which had pickles inside and she knows I did not like pickles. This was one of my worst experiences at Chick-fil-A. Apparently when I made my order it was a mobile dining order. I sat in my car for over 30 minutes for my order to be delivered. When that never happened I went inside and the staff and for me that the order had been waiting and because it was a dine in order it wouldn't be delivered to my car. They proceeded to redo my order so the french fries were hot however there was no Chick-fil-A sauce for any of it. I was a bit frustrated tired and hungry so when I realized there was no dipping sauce I was too far to turn back. Chick-fil-A is always busy please make sure your order is done correctly . Very sad I have to write this...... usually have a great experience when I go to Chick-fil-A...... but this time made me never want to go back again...... For starters the guy who took our order in the drive thru was rude...( no big deal maybe he had a bad day)......the girl who handed out food off to us was having a ball talking to her friend through the window laughing and talking about how she "ate a customers salad"...... (no big deal ) I didn't think anything of it..... Until I got home.... My salad was missing, and my soup BOWL was a cup. I let my family eat their food as I returned to get my salad..... Yes his nose..... multiple times as he's deep into a conversation on his phone.... Soo much that he doesn't even acknowledge me for an awkward two minutes. As I stand there waiting to see if he's gonna notice that I'm standing there. He turns around and proceeds to laugh and fool around with the entire staff behind him. Finally somebody who looked like an actual manager saw us and asked if we had been helped. I was in the mood for chicken tenders, and I saw the online ordering option for curbside pick up, and I decided to give it a chance. Just after I placed the order (7:14pm), I saw the instructions to go to the store and check in there, with no offer of how long the wait would be. Weird. I at least like the option to select a timeframe, or know that the food will be ready in an approximate time. So I was already a little annoyed, but I figured they would give me a time when I checked in and I was trying this out. So I headed to the store, carefully maneuvered the parking lot (and I mean Carefully-It's DARK, there are people everywhere, and cars going every which way too, so take your time). I found a spot, and plugged in my number. The website updated and said that My food was being prepared and my card was being charged. Again, no time estimate, so I was even more annoyed. Especially since my card was charged now, so there was no going back. I was sitting there second guessing my choices, and trying to convince myself that there was a reason I NEVER came to Chick-fil-A ( My thoughts are always, it's too busy and too expensive), and this would make a third reason. I saw two associates running around the parking lot with safety vests and plastic containers. I was waiting about 10 minutes and looking around at all of the cars in the drive thru, in the curbside and the many people heading in and out of the restaurant. I sighed and turned my car off, because I knew I would be here a while. I checked the website again, at about 7:28pm, and the status changed to "a staff member is on their way with your order". I was looking around and then all of the sudden a sweet lady showed up at my door and asked for my first name. She repeated my order and handed it to me. I was very impressed and grateful that it was quicker than I anticipated. I don't like the system but 15 minutes for chicken tenders and fries, was not bad overall. THEN, I tried them. OH MAN!! If you have never had the chicken tenders from this place...you need to!! I don't know what they do, but that chicken was hot, moist and had such a great flavor. The fries were hot too. In the moment, I was still annoyed with the ordering system, that I was annoyed that the food was so good!! :D haha! The taste of the food won over the process. Only downfall is that to get the sauces you have to order them when you are ordering the food, and I forgot that. :( So don't forget to order the sauces if you are using the online ordering system.
