We were in a line 4 to pick up mobile order at 8 am or so today (miracle, right?) The first 2 cars were fast but the one right before took forever to order, then another a good amount of time at the pickup window. Then the people at the pickup window had a hard time finding our order and the food was cold. read more

I was craving Chick-Fil- A breakfast and we were in the area. We came in around 9:40 am on a Saturday and surprisingly it wasn't busy. Even the parking lot and drive thru was pretty empty. We ordered the 10 piece Chicken Minis meal ($18.55) and the Hash Brown chicken bowl meal ($10.55). We also got orange juice and pineapple dragonfruit lemonade ($0.80 each). The lemonade was a little sweet but refreshing. All the food was good. The inside is usually clean and they had lots of seating. They even had a play ground for kids. They served the food to you if you dine in. The honey on the bread tasted good. The little hash browns are tasty small size bites. I tried the sweet spicy Sriracha sauce. I was able to take home for left overs. I was glad we came before lunch hour. read more

Came back the next day to give them another go and the experience was back on par with what we're used to. Sandwich and nuggets were hot and delicious! The fries were also fresh! Only issue we had was jess asked the nice staff member if he could bring her some sauces for her nuggets because she forgot to ask for them, he never came back. So i went inside and got them myself lol. It wasn't a big deal to go get them, but even after coming back to the car; he never came back. It's unlike the customer service here but sometimes it just is what it is. Glad we left here on a good note, even got a free sandwich from the manager here which is super sweet of them to do every now and again. So check your app from time to time if you're a rewards member. read more

3-Stars became the quality is always the same at pretty much any Chick-Fil-A you go to. Only thing is this time they didn't cut my spicy chicken fillet for my salad. I've never had a whole fillet put in my container so unsure if that's this location or a mistake. Drive thru time was average and having two iPads made the line go by smoothly! read more

We did a mobile order and the man who brought the food out was super sweet and went back in to get some stuff for us. That being said, the wait time was atrocious. We were there for about 45mins and we did a mobile order. When the food finally came out, they forgot our fries and sauces. The parking lot, as usual, was insanely packed and it's a miracle that more fender benders don't happen there. read more

Love the food. The newly renovated dining space, register area, and what we can see of the kitchen looks great. There's a little refurbished table with a story and QR code. Nothing new to report for the indoor kid play area because it seems the same compared to before the renovation. Unfortunately, during this visit, there was a mishap/misunderstanding on our 3rd mobile order for two IceDream Cones. Although we waited almost an hour, fortunately, it was resolved. read more

This place is disgusting and dirty. The floor was greasy. I've never felt such a greasy floor. There were plenty of staff and all the tables were dirty. Customers had to ask their tables to be cleaned. There may be some training going on as almost half the dining room had a partitioned wall so seating was limited. The grilled chicken was very oily. The quality went down. The fries were barely warm. I had asked for sauce and got nothing. No ketchup no sauce. Service was disappointing. Food was horrible. The worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Chick-fil-A is always good. Service is always efficient (especially if your oder on the app). The ambiance itself is fine and standard for a fast food restaurant. However!!! Just a warning.. if you're not familiar with this area... the parking lot here is a NIGHTMARE especially on the weekends, holidays, or busy dining hours. So this is not chick-fil-a's fault at all and I would 100% get their food again and again BUT this location's parking can be pretty chaotic so be wary if you haven't been here. read more

12.27.2024 Let's just say that, while I appreciate a good chicken finger as much as anyone else, I cannot understand the whole craze going on in recent years over these over-priced chicken places! I just patronize them on occasion because sometimes that's simply what my daughter craves when we're in the area of one (which isn't often). But Chik-fil-A: no more, ever. We went to the Fresno (River Park) location two nights ago. For nearly $18, she got: - 8-piece "nuggets". First off, these are not nuggets by any stretch of the imagination! They are popcorn chicken pieces (roughly 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a McDonalds chicken nugget). This absolutely could not have been more than 2 oz of chicken, including batter weight. Second, we were actually shorted one, so only 7 instead of 8! - A small side of waffle fries which obviously needed at least another minute in the fryer. Floppy and bland. - A large dollop of cool, pasty, congealed "mac & cheese" which wouldn't even compare to a microwave-ready cup of Kraft. *** See picture *** I really don't know how this chain is still bringing in the business they do. Raising Cane's is also overpriced in my opinion, but not to this extent, and at least they offer a decent full meal for the price. And I really don't care if CFA's employees plaster on fake smiles and constantly drone on like Stepford Wives repeating "My pleasure". It's starting to get a bit creepy, and your pleasure is of no concern to me. I'd rather just get out of there without being scammed, or having to take out a second mortgage. read more

I came in tonight to get myself a meal after studying. I definitely understand that I came in a bit close to closing, and I cannot blame the employees. I wanted the Mac and cheese with my meal.. When I was waiting at the counter for help, I heard a young woman in the back call out that they had just replenished the Mac and cheese and it could be served again. However, when I requested it, the manager informed me that it was "too close to closing" and they could not change the fact that it was unavailable to sell in their system. If this wasn't an issue I've had before I don't think I would mind as much - however, I was told this exact same excuse an hour before close at this same location before. I was literally looking at multiple cups of the Mac and cheese and being told by the poor trainee that there was no way she could give it to me as her manager said no. I didn't want to cause a fuss because that would be rude, and the employees were already dealing with a long line. It was very frustrating to know food was available, just not for me, especially knowing that the store would be closing and the food would then be tossed out. This place can be a hit or miss. Today was definitely a miss,the fries were overly salty, and the chicken patty was soggy instead of crispy. I've had better experiences with the Shaw location, but consistency seems to be an issue with this location. I spoke with the manager, Erin, and shared my frustration. If you think you can do a quick stop in the morning before heading to work to grab something quickly...This is not it. First, there was no one in line (6:50am) so I thought I can grab something quickly for my son. That was my mistake. I made my order, then got parked, 3 other cars behind me all got parked too. And I waited 10+ minutes in the stall for my order. Even the other cars got their order before me. This may not seem like a lot of time but I honestly thought I would get my food promptly (since it's a drive thru). I would not recommend anyone who's thinking about grabbing to go, and don't have time to spare. Unfortunate because it is supposed to be a drive- thru (quick and go). I won't be making that mistake again. Because I needed to leave, I didn't even think about the iced coffee I ordered. The gal never gave it to me before parking me. And they never brought it out to me when parked. I remembered when I already drove away. I called to let them know about my missing item. (My point is, it's not my job to remind you about what I ordered.) They should have had better communication and be prepared as a fast food chain. The manager immediately went to refunding my order. In which I said did not need to be done. (I just didn't want another experience like this happening to anyone else.) She said "it's only $13." My order was $29. So...I'm guessing she refunded the wrong order to someone else, because I never got it refunded. But I didn't have time to explain. Soooo... Again, careless. They gave me the wrong sandwich twice, I always order the deluxe chicken sandwich. The first time they put a spicy patty on it. A very nice employee, Corrin, went out of her way to help me replace my order so I give her kudos. The second time I ordered the same thing and they gave me the plain chicken sandwich. Usually chick-fil-a is great! And the employees at this location are always super helpful and polite. But the leadership at this store has some major issues. We had small mistake on our order, we got the wrong sandwich, which wasn't a big deal we just wanted to get the correct sandwich ordered. For some reason the store's GM/owner (whatever her title was) helped us, chastised us that the mistake must have been our fault for not being clear, i apologized for any confusion and asked if we could just order and pay for the correct sandwich (seriously, it's just a sandwich, we just wanted to sit down and eat) but she was still very condescending and belittling. Finally she asked us to go to an empty register to help us order the new sandwich, but she walked away and just left us standing there (can't make this stuff up!) and we eventually just got back in the regular line and ordered a new sandwich from the very nice employee taking orders. Just... weird. So much consternation over a sandwich. The rest of the staff was great, but this owner is just oddly aggressive. read more

This was a great spot to eat during the pandemic. Now, (1) it's over priced, (2) the food quality has gone down, (3) there is no longer a line wrapping around two buildings, which says a lot, and (4) there are like 15-20 young people working with 4-5 cars at the drive thru and barely anyone inside. It's like a packed house of staff with one person pouring soda, another adding condiments, and another passing the meal bag along, etc. Why is the window area so crowded when customers have dropped off? It's cool the location wants to keep people employed, but they need to increase the food quality. Today, my meal that use to cost $8.99, and then $10.99, cost me $15.99. I didn't even get hot crisp fries. It looked like I got left-over fries, as there were lots of small fry pieces in my little carton. My drink had a small hole at the bottom, so my soda was coming out. I didn't notice until I was driving and started drinking my soda. My food didn't come in its regular package. It was divided up into packaging. It was weird. No one cares about customers. This place wants to charge more for poor quality food, and they wonder why the line isn't wrapping around the building anymore. DO BETTER! I don't feel like returning, given tonight's experience. To say we're regulars can be an understatement. Ordered the 4 piece strips meal and with a $17 sticker price I was kinda taken back. I ordered it anyway with the concern of, "will I get my money's worth?" To my surprise, the strips were decent in size this time! The app wouldn't allow me to order diet dr. Pepper but when I went for a refill, they had it up and operating so that was nice as well. Overall great experience! read more

Really long line! Getting ready for breakfast tomorrow. The worker was outside taking orders. 2 egg white grills ordered. The worker was nice. Just a long time waiting in line. Once we got up to the front the worker was masked and kind. Just handed over the order and we left. Next day! Happy Sunday everyone! I got breakfast set up per usual. Quality fast food with great service! I have been to this location only a handful of times and have always used the drive-thru option. Each and every time I have always had great customer service and my order has always been turned into me correctly. The deluxe spicy chicken sandwich that I had was actually well cooked while still juicy and tender. Surprisingly actually had a level of spicy to it as I have noticed lots of "spicy" chicken sandwiches are labeled spicy but not present when consuming. Overall a great fast food experience. read more

Chic fil a (river park) has stopped being about customer service and is now about making and serving food as fast as possible.... This is not a good thing. Ordered and ate inside... the guy who got my drink for me over filled it and put the lid on causing all of the drink to run down the side of the up(like a waterfall)... he then just handed me the drink instead of wiping it off... We then get our food (takes forever but that's not the complaint) Check out the pictures of these chicken sandwiches. I thought my bun was molded because it had black specs and was hard as a rock. I asked the worker who said let her ask the manager... she came back out and said "the manager said that's how they should look and it's fine." FYI the manager never saw the bun, it was with me the whole time. They refunded and brought us two new sandwiches.
