I should have checked the ratings before ordering on Door Dash as these abysmal scores are well deserved. Corporate needs to intervene immediately. They just set door dash orders on a shelf where 1) your food can be tampered with and 2) it can be taken by anyone resulting in your order being cancelled. Yes I know it's just Chipotle, but this location needs to step it up a bit. I opted for the burrito bowl with brown rice (which was undercooked) and carnitas (in way to much water). Top it office with diced tomatoes, corn salsa, and hot salsa, last but not least a pinch of cheese. Overall the food was not horrible, but the customer service was less than desirable. I was greeted when walked up to order, but then the guy turned around to do something else...Only to turn back around and start my order. By far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I've been to Chipotles from the west to the east coast and this is the worst. I've been 3 times and everytime I've been it took almost an hour everytime. I wait in line about 30 minutes. I get the veggies because i don't eat meat and they never have any and I have to wait an additional 10 for them to be made. By the time i pay that's an hour. Every time I visit this location they are out of fajita veggies or something else. I can never get exactly what I want. In addition to that the portions are much smaller than other locations. And, the staff add to the negative experience. Most of the employees here seem like they hate working here. If you are asking them a simple question they act as if you are bothering them. Went into this location yesterday. Management has really stepped up because I see a definite change in the quality of service and the work ethic of the staff. It's not perfect. (The outside was filthy and they did briefly run out of steak) but they worked as a team to clear the line and get everything restocked. There was a customer their who was very unreasonable to the young man preparing the orders on his own. Consequently this man's behavior slowed down the line and was just unnecessary. I think people need to remember that these are mostly high school students working there, and from what I seen yesterday, they are doing the best they can. My food was delicious! I licked the bowl! Chipotle! This particular one has always been on point. Food stays fresh and the people are really friendly. Parking is convenient and close to the restaurant as well. I ordered guacamole and chips through the online app. When I picked up my order there was no guac no chips. Called store. Spoke to manager who told me he'd comp me the guac and chips the next time I came in. Went in today spoke with a female manager who didn't even take the time to find out what happened. She only asked when this was and since I told her a few weeks she said that "we only honor credits for 3 days." I'll never go to Chipotle again. Hell I can make my own guac and buy chips from Publix. I ask why wasn't that communicated to the driver so they can contact the customer. Her response was it's written in the door for everybody to see. What Uber Eats or DoorDash driver of going to read a door when they literally walk into the restaurant, verify the order and name, and leave! They don't prepare the food themselves! How would the driver know what was and wasn't on my order if she's looking at a ticket that says all of the stuff I asked for is indeed there!! I then tell the manager that it's ridiculous to even send something that look like this out the door and think it's ok. She then tells me I'm being rude.
