I took a break from this location for a while. I went back and sadly, 6 years later, they still have the same issues. This place is disgusting! Of course they were out of several different proteins and the line was backing up, the young staff is more worried about joking around with eachother than paying attention to the customers (one of them joked aloud to another employee about touching the food without gloves), the counters are still covered in food and the sour cream still has corn, salsa and other food mixed into it. When I mentioned something about red stuff floating in the side of sour cream I ordered, the staff was nice enough to remove it from my sour cream but she just dumped it back into the large container. Visited this Chipotle today thursday at September 21st. The line was long as it usually is. . However the line moved fairly quickly. I asked for 3 vinegarettes per bowl. As the lady in front of me did. Manager decided to charge me even though the cashier didn't charge the person in front of me. I get my food to go and I find out once I'm home ALL OF THE RICE WAS UNDERCOOKED. My bowls was literally so crunchy my teeth hurt despite the vinegarette, sour cream and guacamole . When I called the store to complain nobody answered -- this is the worst chipotle location I've E V E R been to. I will not return . This location is pretty decent. Everyone was masked up and the line moved quickly. They also had little cups of tobasco hot sauce if you wanted it which was nice! This is my go to location but today it was not good. The line was short so the wait to order wasn't long. The serving area was dirty with spilled food, the dining area was dirty, outside all the tables were dirty and it was napkins on the floor. Outside, which is what I wanted to sit because it was a beautiful day, smelled like garbage was near by. I couldn't stand to stay. They also ran out of fresh grilled veggies. Everyone knows what the food looks like and tastes like, GOOD! So I'm here to talk about the experience I had while picking up my online order at this particular Chipotle location. I pulled up anticipating ...(sing it if you know it)... and parked. The parking lot was clean and no debris and no one loitering around. I grabbed for the door and the doors were clean and free of fingerprints and smudges. (Sanitation is very important.) This location has it set up so that you Enter through the main door but all customers Exit through the side patio door. Good flow of things, not too much back in forth bumping into other patrons. As soon as you enter there is a Chipotle employee who multitasks by greeting you, answering quick questions and placing the prepared online orders on the table. Once you enter inside Chipotle, if you need to place an order, the line you need is to the right. If you had an online order like me you step inside to the left. Once inside they have the tables lined up to make a pick up order table. Ready online orders were on the table sealed with the customers names printed on the bag with order description and receipt. I believe if you are a delivery person you step to the left as well and search for your customers order. If you ordered a to go drink like me, your cup straw and lid is with your order. You follow the walk way around towards the exit and the drink machines are to the right. Fill your cup with your beverage and then you proceed on out the patio door through the outdoor eating area and to your car. The outdoor patio area was open for social distance dining. (SDD) Overall I was impressed at the planned effort to be COVID-19 ready! The food was good as always. read more

I was told to have a seat and she would call me up when ready. I actually ended up waiting for 30 minutes. Meanwhile the employee kept looking at me while I sat waiting patiently at that. So after 10 more minutes I went to the counter to ask how do I have to wait and she told me it would take an additional 15 minutes because they just started cooking it.
