The restaurant itself is filthy, the prep counters are dirty, they had no brown rice and beans at 4:30 on a Friday evening. There was a mound of prep pans behind the prep servers on a counter also covered with food. We asked how long we had to wait for brown rice and that prompted one of the cooks to make some. The garbage in the dining room is overflowing, the servers seemed kind but lost. All tables were dirty as well. Where is a manager on a Friday night? We hope we dont get sick from eating here. We have to drive 40 minutes to go to another location. It just plain sucked. This is the 3rd time we have given this location a try, maybe the Health Department needs a call. read more

Went in and ordered a chicken quesadilla. They no longer offer in store so biggie. So the lady told me that she would do it anyways. I respected that. Watching them make it the quesadilla( like a toddlers hand of cheese was place in it) got stuck in the machine and looked like a mess instead of replacing it they just stuck it in the container. Afterwards, I order the second potion to my order and once again a toddlers size hand potion of rice was given. I had to ask more and I could tell she was agitated. I've never been to a chipotle and they have the little of an amount in other locations. They were out of everything and had three employees just hanging out in the back. The lady had to take items from the to go ordering station. It only gets better, so as I'm walking out they had minimal supplies and the trash cans were so full people have placed trash all around the trash can. It was disgusting. I ordered delivery through the Chipotle app and was...less than satisfied, to say the least. They partner with DoorDash, and unfortunately the driver did not follow the instructions, so he delivered the order the the wrong address. After trying to contact both the driver and corporate with no success, I decided to try calling the restaurant. Even though they had fulfilled their portion of the transaction, they were so sympathetic to my frustrations with the delivery mixup. They offered me either a full refund or to remake the order for me to pickup. I chose the latter. When I arrived, everyone was so friendly and apologetic, even though they did nothing wrong. That was so appreciated. Then I get home and find that they had crafted the most perfect bowl ever. I swear there was extra chicken, and everything else was so fresh and delicious. I'd been really upset at first, and the team at New Phila Chipotle really turned the situation around. I cannot commend them enough on their spectacular customer service. Thank you!!! read more

My 10 year old daughter had to spit some of hers out because the chicken was burnt (yet extremely cold...)? We ordered extra meat and I was searching for my chicken. I'm done spending money on food at this establishment. They were completely dead today and nobody was doing anything when I walked in except for talking to each other. Maybe their should be better management specifically at this location making sure their employees are actually doing their job and putting in effort for good customer service.
