And on my last visit they didn't have any salad dressing. They didn't have chips. :( What the what? They said their fryer was down. So I had to mosey on down to Chili's to get some of their chips. Then I get home and once I exited my car, the bag with all the main food dropped out the bottom of the bag, and all the food was in the driveway. I swear I can't make this stuff up. This location has gone down hill and seems to only get worse and worse each time I visit... The food is always subpar, the employees are rude, and it looks like a mess inside the store every time. My last order from here was a $35+ delivery for my burrito bowl to be made wrong, not taste great, not include napkins and utensils... and all of that for it to be delivered to the wrong house. The food is fine here but it's everything else that's so bad.... First off, this place was dirty.... The counters, the tables, the drink stations, etc. and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the restaurant. On top of that, the music was loud techno/house type music that wasn't fitting the work lunch vibe. The workers are obviously stressed out and not friendly at all. There also seemed to be "too many cooks in the kitchen" and ultimately things were getting confused. I got two bowls, two drinks, and a guacamole/chips. My total was $40!!!! I've been to over 100 Chipotles all over and this is DEFINITELY by FAR the worst is all aspects! It's always super dirty/messy, they are out of almost everything DAILY (terrible mgmt) even before the dinner rush and they are super rude. Just today I walked in and two employees were arguing loud in front of customers, screaming, cussing each other out about to fight! Manager just watched and did nothing. Again, they start making my bowl and then say we are out of steak, lettuce, chips etc so MULTIPLE TIMES I've had a bowl started and told them to just trash it and walk out. Stopped at this location for the second time this week, ice machine was broken again there was no white rice, no beans, half the proteins were out, the rest were almost gone. No chips no pico. I decided to order with what few ingredients were being offered since I was on my lunch hour. They took one of the last portions of the protein I preferred. I asked for a small amount of hot sauce. The team member proceeded to dump a full heaping scoop of the hat Sauce on it, making it inedible due to my heartburn. I asked the manager at that point why are the ingredients always out of stock at this location and was treated very rudely. Since he wasn't able to provide an answer and had to restrain several other team members from being even more rude. He just told me bye-bye Bye-bye bye-bye I've never been treated so rudely from a restaurant staff that had half their menu missing and no ice for their drinks. All of this to say nothing about how dirty this restaurant often is trash cans are off and overflowing, and the working counter is often caked in food residue. Everytime i get chipotle im reminded why i don't get chipotle. But it's like a toxic relationship you can't stop going back to. This was my first meal in 24 hours. I had DREAMED of a Chipotle burrito, like actually dreamed of it. I woke up at 1230am drooling over the thought of a Chipotle burrito. I waited until 10:45am to submit my Uber Eats order since I'm here for work and don't have a car. I even skipped breakfast so this meal would be 10x better. I selected BURRITO. BURRITOOOOOOO. I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. The quality of the food has gone way downhill. The meat was overcooked -- some pieces were completely burned, while others were huge, tough chunks that were hard to chew and clearly not trimmed or cooked properly. It honestly felt like no one cared about how the food was being prepared. On top of that, the staff seemed careless and unprofessional. They acted like they didn't want to be there -- rushing through orders with poor attitude, and making no effort to fix anything when I pointed out the issues. The overall experience felt rushed, sloppy, and far from what Chipotle used to be. I got barbacoa and there was only three big chunks of meet on my bowl, the only good thing about this place was the music playing on the background. I come from Houston, Tx and definitely Chipotle in Oklahoma has nothing like the locations in Houston Medical Center. Definitely not worth the price. I won't be coming back to this location, we'll see if I consider spending my money in another Chipotle location in Oklahoma City. read more

As a near 20 year patron of Chipotle, I can speak with authority and legitimacy. This location should be shut down by the health department. I went in on a Saturday evening and the floor was coated, the trashcans were full, and the tables were dirty. This was not the worst of it all. The kitchen looked like someone took a burrito bowl and flung it all over the counters. I almost left upon repulsion but I endured. The morale of the employees matched the interior. The sour cream had chunks of corn and lettuce in it and the employee didn't even bother to dodge the fragments. Towards the end, I ask for a tortilla on the side and I was given the biggest go to hell look by an employee in my life. You'd think with a stock price at almost $3K and about to split 50/1, corporate would have its eye on the pulse of this brand's customer service and its franchisees. I had just come in from a flight from back home in Cali and the Mrs. was hungry so we stopped to pick up dinner to-go at Chipotle. It was not crowded at all; maybe 2 people ordering in front of us and two behind us. Well the guy preparing the meals was rushing through bowl orders as if there were 50 people in line. Look, if you're going to build bowls and call out the options at rapid speed, but forget to call out all the options that are available in the serving trays...what's the point? I mean this guy acted as if he was reading from a well memorized script. The problem was he called out three items at each station when there were five or six. Well, I wanted some options that he didn't memorize, but were clearly visible in the serving trays. WTF??? He actually began to close my wife's bowl before putting the lettuce on top...why, because he didn't say it. She had to say, "I want lettuce too!" I wanted corn in my bowl, but he didn't say it and hence was already sliding to the next station before I had to get a little loud with him and say "I want corn in my bowl." To make matters worse we ordered chips and guacamole to go also, and the cashier asked, "large or regular?" I ordered large and she grabbed one of the pre-packaged paper sacks on the shelf behind her with a big sticker that read "LARGE." Well the problem was when we got home all we got was a large paper sack with less than a half bag of chips dumped inside. Seriously, Chipotle? Your companies valuation is too high to be that cheap! Nobody wants to feel skimped on or rushed when ordering food; especially when your core business model is building food bowls and burritos to go! Either managers here are hands-off when it comes to creating a good customer service experience, or these workers are being improperly trained. I came in for a pickup order and asked how I'd know which one is mine and the guy very rudely told me I wouldn't and that I was supposed to tell them my name and they'd hand me a bag. I told him I didn't know the process bc it was my first time doing an online order pickup. At least the food was good & I didn't get a chintzy amount of food in my bowl. The front door says they are open till 11pm. I went in at 9:30 pm, they had nothing. White rice was the only option, no brown rice. The only protein available was chicken. They had none on the tomatoe or corn salsa. Also out of fajita veggies. The staff was friendly enough, however that doesn't make up for the fact that you have nothing to sell. It's not like this was the last couple minutes before close. This was almost 2 hours till close. The store looked fairly clean. I placed a mobile order at 7pm. it was due to be ready by 7:10pm. I got to the store at 7:05. there were probably 10+ people waiting for pick up orders. I patiently wait. by 7:30 I ask where my order is. then I am told that there are 8 orders ahead of mine. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I had to do it thru the app. There was NO ONE in line to place an order. so I ask the line, Can you make my order? I think the manager finally agreed to make my order. when I get to the register, I tell the girl that I already paid and that I ordered chips and a drink. I was then told that there were no chips and no ice for the drinks. I look up and there are chips. I pointed out bags of chips sitting on the shelf. They gave me my order and my chips. by now it is 45 minutes after I placed my order. On the way home, I start eating the chips. THEY ARE STALE!! i will NOT be ordering from this store again.
