Worst chipotle location I have ever been to across the country. Really dirty and no effort to make it look otherwise. 50% of my burrito was made of beans, meat, salsa, lettuce, and cheese.. I usually have no issues with this chain at all, but this particular location has dropped the ball enough for me to speak out. I took my daughter here for dinner in the beginning of May (2016) on a not so busy weekday evening. They were OUT of the following: Small tortillas Lettuce Three different kinds of drinks I figured that hey it happens on occasion and didn't think too much about it. I returned last night...non-busy weeknight and get to the end of the order at the cashier and, "We won't have chips for another hour." Really? I know there are much bigger problems in the world, so this inconvenience is in perspective for me...but I am very unimpressed with the lack of planning/ordering/food prep with this location. Don't waste your time going to this location. They are frequently out of staples such as chicken or guacamole. Most of the time the line is wrapped around the store and the staff moves slow and frequently messes up your order. Not worth the time wasted standing in line. read more

Never left a review good or bad... also not sure if it's the restaurant or this location but every time I go there they either don't have steak or they make you wait a very long time for takeout. We love Chipotle and frequent them often throughout the country as we travel. This is the worst location we have experienced. When we placed an online order, one item was wrong. They were all put together very sloppily and the portion sizes were pathetic. The burrito was half the size it normally is at other locations. The rice was too salty. All of the items were not fresh. Of the three items we ordered, nothing was edible. We called and spoke to the supervisor, Naomi, who was polite and apologetic and offered replacements. Given that it was a holiday and we were starving, we decided to give them a second shot. The items were correct and properly portioned the second time around. However, when we inquired about sides of rice (since the first were too salty), the staff argued and they were reluctant to give it to us and finally said they would but we would have to wait since it was being made. They also failed to mention they were out of their Chipotle honey dressing for their salad. We also noticed they were out of many items normally on their menu. To top it off, the location itself is filthy. While we love Chipotle, we will not be eating at this location again. I would like to thank Naomi for her disposition, but this location needs to seriously clean house. read more

I only gave one star because our experience was awful at this location. We love chipotle and have eaten at this location often. Today was ridiculous. We waited in line for 25 minutes. The line was semi-long but they were slow and servers kept leaving the line. The serving area was filthy. They posted a sign that they were out of carnitas. Ok. So I asked for barbacoa. They were out of that as well but I could wait for it if I wanted to! The dining area was filthy. There was not one clean table and the floor was littered with food and trash. Visited this past Saturday around dinner. Restaurant was very dirty. Employee using a dirty towel trying to clean the hardened sludge from around the bean containers. This place is usually dirty so that was no surprise. No manager in sight. People washing dishes in the back with loud music playing. Their music was competing with the usual Chipotle music so everything was loud in addition to being dirty. Employees wandering around talking. Took a long time to complete the order. My family and I came here to eat. The staff was not friendly. I asked for a side of guacamole and "Kim" acted like I was a huge pain in the butt. My father asked for chips and she replied "We have no chips our fryer doesn't work" I stated there were a bag of chips behind her. Highly disappointed. At a prime time lunch rush, they only had two people on the line making the food so slowly that a casual line turned into an extensive mob. Then when my total was $8.43, and I paid with $20.50, I received $8.12 in change. So I showed her and did the math for this worker who should have the basic knowledge and math skill to give change correctly. What an ordeal for no reason. I'm a very big Chipotle fan. I would estimate that I have eaten at around 15 different locations. This one is right around the middle of the road for Chipotle. The food quality is what you would expect from Chipotle. The main concerns with this location come from its staff and design flaws. If you visit this location any time other than an absolute dead period, be prepared to wait. The line is almost always to the door, and a lot of times it has to wrap around the door into the dining room. The staff here are hit and miss. There are a few staff members that are exceptional, but there are some that are quite unfriendly. Overall this Chipotle meets most expectations made from the Chiptole locations. read more

Of all the Chipotle locations in the area, this one is definitely the worst. Long wait times ranging from 10-15 minutes when there are less than five people in line and they are not busy at all. The rice was severely undercooked, it's just too bad I ordered to go rather than dining in so I could speak to a manager. The staff was very negative towards everyone, and had an annoyed attitude. Not going back here again. Go to the one on Opossum Run Rd, Ashland, or Wooster if you're in the area. Not this one. read more

I love Chipotle as a whole even though I hate 95% of chains. This location is actually my least favorite. Lines are always exceedingly long due to slow service ALL THE TIME. I don't think I have ever got through this line in under 15 minutes. I get through the line at the Marion location and the Bethel Road location in Columbus in under five minutes every time. Turnover in help is crazy as I never seem to see the same two people working. Music is too loud nine times out of ten and the restaurant always needs a deep cleaning (pay attention when standing in line, or while in the dining room). Consistency is always an issue here as it is at most Chipotle locations - why can't the chicken be hot and juicy every time? Why can't the rice be fully cooked with a hint of cilantro and lime every time? WWWWHHHHHYYYYYYY??? Sorry for the overly dramatic moment, but I come here a lot and am frustrated a lot. I continue to come back though due to location and I just love those burritos (when done correctly). read more

Ordered for pickup online from work. When our driver arrived to pick up the order, only half of the order was given out. We do not live in the town the store is located in so it was out of our way to make another 20 minute trip to pick up the extra food. The money was reimbursed for the items we did not receive but we have to trust that they will remember they owe us the money when we order next. And it will be the last time we order from there simply so we do not waste the credit given to us. read more

I've been to countless Chipotle locations and never cease to be the most impressed with this one. The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. I usually ask them to change their gloves because I'm a lacto-vegetarian and they are always incredibly friendly about it. They sometimes even offer to get out fresh cheese and lettuce since their gloves have touched it without my ever having asked them to do it before. This situation is obviously not specific to everyone but definitely shows how great the staff and their service is! read more

After reading the other commenters, I feel compelled to review. The last time I was there, we waited outside for the store to open because I was on a time crunch. As soon as the doors unlock, the building is full. It's THE ONLY store in town. Of course it's always busy. But even with walking into a full line, we're ALWAYS in and out in five minutes and that's with ordering food for three. The staff is nice, the GM is friendly, they keep things clean, and the food is consistently good. Remember folks, this is a HIGH volume store. There is obviously going to be a line. read more

Unfortunately, I have routinely been served COLD food at this location, and have pretty much given up on eating there. Even when the restaurant is not busy, my food has been served to me stone cold, which tells me that the ingredients were not hot, or even warm, in the steam table. That's kind of scary.
