Since when did they start charging you for a bag at this particular chipotle? The one by my house doesn't charge! This is crazy I ordered two bowls from this chipotle and chips plus a drink. They asked if I wanted a bag. I started laughing But I wasn't laughing after I looked at my receipt and realized that they charge you for bags now!!!!!! THEY CHARGE YOU 10 CENTS FOR A BAG. Is that going to break the bank? No. But when they don't even portion the rice and meat the same yet they charge you the same price for both a teeny portion bowl and a giant portion bowl... Why are they charging me for bag??? Then I looked further on the receipt and they charge you tax plus an extra tax ($1,53) that says PA 1% brackett (.25) Whatever the heck that is! It's the principle of the matter! They already charged so much and nickel and dime you to death at these chipotles... I will never come back here. By far the worst service I had at any Chipotle. Placed an online order since I was on a time crunch. Ended up waiting for another 30mins until I got my order. People in line were getting their food faster. There were several others had to wait too and looked very annoyed and unhappy. Since my order was already paid online, I had to wait. No one manager came and apologized for the delay. I completely understand few minutes late but this was very unacceptable! There was a large shard of chicken bone in my food. Contacting them is a pain. No receipt, no help. Luckily I had the receipt. Then you have to provide details like the address, date, time, receipt number, etc. If you get to an actual agent you have to provide all of this same information again plus more. read more

i have been to this chipotle location several times and every single time there has been something wrong with my order. two instances that i will bring up were today and a few weeks ago. most of the issues stem from the online ordering which i'm not surprised. a few weeks ago we did a larger order (about 4 meals) and one of the bowls provided was completely made incorrectly. when my friend who placed the order reached out to the virtual AI not a.k.a "pepper," the bot comped her with a free drink. a $10+ meal was made wrong and the best they could do was comp us with a $2 drink. my friend didn't let this slide so she went to the location and explained the situation. the employees were clueless and after so many people finally someone knew what they were talking about and gave her a free entree, but the kick was, the manager took away the free drink. not saying that was wrong but my friend drove all the way out there to talk to someone and removing the free drink seemed kind of passive aggressive. also today when i ordered they forgot my chips/guac and they made my burrito wrong. again i reached out to the ai bot and again they comped me with a free drink. this time i called the store location and they transferred me to some hotline. the woman was nice and gave me a free entree, free chips/guac and a free drink! this establishment needs some attention. while the employees aren't "rude" or "lazy" per say, they seem to lack basic skills when assembling orders. read more

As soon as I entered this magnificent place with my peers. I was the greeted by the most enthusiastic, wonderful, and majestic man. He began to craft me the most lushes burrito I have ever had. Along with the looks of this sexy burrito the girth was even better. I took a bite of this sexy, warm, charming object and I was touched by the hand of god. Overall a very decent location. When I called to see how they are operating during COVID they told me they are taking no cash payments, but you can order from the app or come in to order but they require guests to wear a mask. I decided to place an order online which was very easy to do, and the order was ready 10 mins after it was placed. So I recommend using the app because you can get some free rewards as you order. The quality of the food is always good and very filling. The prices are very reasonable for what you get as well. We always get a large order of guac and chips. The guac is very good, however when you get a large order you would think the bag would be full of chips, but it wasn't. Other than that it was a good experience and I plan on going back. read more

Anyone that rates this location poorly has never been to the Pleasant Hills location, and clearly likes to complain and throw a fit about simple, one-time mistakes. I live close to the PH one, but drive 3x the distance to this one, requiring an hour drive total to/from. Why? Because this location is absolutely amazing. I have ordered in-store once, and online every week for at least six months now. The longest I have ever waited for an order was two minutes past the pickup time. My order has never been wrong, (and I consider it to be a not-so-simple one), the bowl is always packed to the rim, everything is perfectly cooked, and the employees are so friendly and pleasant. Plus, every time I'm there, someone is cleaning the restaurant at that moment, which tells me they clean almost around the clock. From someone that goes 1-2x per week, trust me, this location is five stars! read more

A white male was working at the cashier and treat me with no respect, I ordered some tortillas and he threw them at me like he was saying "Get out of here." and literally all the people in line were disappointed with how he was treating me. All chi-pote-lay(sp) stores seem to be alike, sort of. The food is quite similar, the service is usually similar, too. You get some pretty good food at a reasonable price and relatively fast. But this location is crowded and never seems to have any open tables. Have noticed they have changed the signage, less description. Not sure why?! That made it harder for some first timers in our group. It was noisy and hard to hear the staff explaining the salsa's and different types of meat selections to the beginners. Still a fan of the food but maybe a few more tables and better signage would speed up the process. read more

I enjoy coming to this location. Yes, sometimes getting out and back to 19 is a pain, but it's totally worth it! On our last visit, my food was great! I always have odd requests and they always seem to make it perfect. The staff is friendly and quick. I chose to give 4 stars because my husband ordered a bag of chips and more than half seemed to be crushed, barely any full chips. The restaurant is always clean and so are the bathrooms! Staff absolutely sucks. I came in from out of town running a food delivery app. When i got there to pick customers order up it wasnt on the shelf. The prior driver "failed to deliver" it. So we all know what happened to it. This location treated ME the replacement driver like a criminal. Instead of chipotle being customer first & remaking the order and getting me down the road they refused to release order to me without payment from MY pocket first. Even though the "system" had paid them electronically. So i paid out of pocket for their customers benefit AND they still said I took food without paying. Chipotle is practically the same everywhere you see one. It's tex-mex with a very light, simplistic menu consisting of about four things: nachos, quesadilla, burrito, and salad bowl. Ordering is a sinch, and expedited by the helpful, friendly folks working behind the counter. It starts with a few basic questions, like "burrito or bowl?" And you get to see them put everything together deli style, right in front of you. The checkout process can be confusing though, because there always seems to be an assumption that you are going to get sides like extra chips and small drink. You do usually have to clarify which extras you want. The food is excellent and hot-served quickly. The sparse, industrial architectural styling does not detract from the dining experience, as it gives a very modern metropolitan feel to the old-world fare. read more

They then told me that I had to wait a bit for the rice. I told him that I could pay for the meal while waiting, and they just looked at me like they didn't want to do that. Since I was just sitting there I ordered online. Literally a half an hour after they were supposed to open their doors I got my meal. Not once did they apologize for the wait.
