The service is beyond slow. Not sure the point of online ordering when you have to wait for 20 minutes in a drive thru lane anyways. Will never be back and don't recommend this location... After a bad experience over a year ago I decided to give it a try since I was in search of something fairly fresh and fast. This time it was quite the opposite, which I appreciated and hence this updated review. I tried their new Garlic Guajillo steak in a burrito bowl and it is pretty good, the new steak flavor especially. The portions of steak were generous, just the right amount for a single dinner serving. Same fresh toppings to choose from -red or green, corn salsa, pico salsa, fajita vegetables, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole (for a nominal charge), etc. All were properly portioned to the bowl. I ordered some toppings on the side and some I asked for extra qty in the bowl. The order was 100% accurate and prepared on time to my online order pick-up time. Where do I begin with this experience. The place was dirty, every table was not washed, garbage cans were overflowing, they were out of food items, fountain drink machine had no ice, certain pops were not working. Staff seemed like they were out of it. There was so much staff behind the counter not doing much and probably could have cleaned the place and made sure things were stocked and working until closing. Okay, I am here to warn my fellow picky eaters. I absolutely love Chipotle and go here all the time. But, I also have had bad experiences. I like to order a simple, two ingredient, double beef barbacoa and white rice. On multiple occasions, my order was wrong. I usually order online and pick it up, so this also adds onto the problem. But I don't understand how an employee can make a huge burrito and stuff sour cream (I hate sour cream), tomato salsa, lettuce, etc into a two ingredient burrito then slap on a sticker that says something completely different than they just made. Or another time, they accidentally put the wrong sticker on the wrong burrito and I got someone else's order (they told me this). It's absolutely disappointing going home and seeing the wrong order. But every time I get the right one, it's always super good. The portions do vary all the time though. read more

From the lack of management leadership, to the disgusting floors, the nasty counters, tables to the shift manager coughing over the food, blowing her nose then literally wiping the residual snot from her nose onto her shirt. This establishment is by far the WORST I've ever been to. All of them are disgusting but this one wins the nasty award. Untrained employees, undercooked chicken, nasty dinning room along with the lack of enthusiasm from the employees. This was my first visit and I will never come back again. The service was horrible, I questioned eating the food health wise. Only ate a little and through out my smoked brisket, $18 . It looked nothing like what was advertised on TV. I walked across to Burger King and orfered a meal there. If I could give this minus stars I would. Ordered extra and they barely filled the bowl. Even with it slow they did terrible. The food is cold and dry and it doesn't even taste fresh. Along with disgusting dining area. I ordered the food to pick up at 2:10 and didn't get done until 2:40. Also missing half my order is missing. read more

Ordered carry out catering order. I will start with my biggest complaint: The steak was all fat and gristle. It was pretty much inedible. I had to spit out half the pieces and I am the kind of guy who likes fat on steak. The chicken had zero flavor. We got heaping pukes of rice, but hardly any protein. You cannot serve steak like that. Corporate please talk to whoever manages this location. The tomato salsa was also digesting. I will go to qdoba next time. Ive been going here for years. For the last year something either went wrong in management or employee work ethic because the food and online ordering has been terrible. The last three online pickup orders ive picked up have been totally wrong. I even got totally different meat in my bowl. Twice!! No toppings nothing i work in the food business so im utterly confused how you get a written down order so wrong. The meat has been pretty odd as well like not fully cooked weird hard pieces in it. I dont know whats going on with this place i still will come but i have to order inside because at least i can watch them make it. The people inside are always lovely as well. The worst chipotle I've been to in a while, I'm a daily chipotle guy so I know this food is garbage. Plus while I was there the lady took a half full tray of steak to Mobil order and called out "steak is gone" while I was standing right in front of it. I guess Mobil orders are more important as well? I still asked for it and was told that they were out when they damn well weren't. Everytime I come into this chipotle no matter what time it is, they are always out of something. Not only 1 thing, not only 2 things, but multiple things! The new workers look like they are being forced to be here, and when u ask something from them, they make it seem like it's a problem! If I could give the service a 0 I would. Consistently the worst chipotle i've ever gone to. Do not EVER order online at this location, they will skimp out on proportions, as well as quality. Furthermore they never make their guac correctly, chipotle is KNOWN for their guac and i am a fanatic of this guac, however this location never ever gets it right, something is always missing, sometimes it's as simple as salt, the amount of times i've had to season my own guac from this place once i get home or add a diced purple onion just so the guac is at least okay. Once I had gotten half of my side of guac being a completely unmashed avacado. I've had steak with giant chunks of fat or very little steak at all when i always pay for double meat. I will include pictures of everything im referencing because i have had enough. This location is a disgrace. We dined in (usually get a mobile order) and the place was DISGUSTING. Garbage overflowing, dirty dining room tables, and the food prep area was filthy. Food spilled everywhere around the food storage bins. Out of many items. No ice in soda machine. Chicken tasted borderline undercooked. Out of brisket. Then while we were eating a worker was loudly chipping away at ice with a chisel at the food prep counter for the duration of our meal. That sort of thing shouldn't be done while food is being served still. Clean everything down and take care of it after close. It's just an absolute disaster. This spot is failing despite the line of people. They too will continue to get frustrated with lack of efficiency and go elsewhere. I have given this spot more than a few chances and the continue to fail. One poor person on the food line while others are doing nothing but looking at the person working their tail off and never catching up to the line of people waiting. The "cashier" seems to not have the authority or ability to help. Is this how they train their people? I went through drive through to pick up our order. My 11 year old son was super excited to get chipotle. I admit that I made a simple mistake doing the online order... when we got home, he noticed there was avocado instead of chicken in his soft taco. I returned to chipotle with the mistake tacos, and explained to manager it was an honest mistake. She declined to make me the chx taco to replace the wrong order unless I paid for the chx taco. I simply read it wrong on the app when ordering. I thought I was adding avocado instead of ONLY avocado. People do make silly mistakes on the app when ordering. She wasn't having it.
