No, It's not authentic Mexican food, but yes it is good food. It's basically a Subway type place for Mexican-style food Pick what you want, taco, burrito, etc and build it according to your tastes. This place is so hit or miss. Sometimes the line moves fast and pickup orders are completed on time or a few minutes late, other times you can be waiting twenty minutes on the food you ordered in the app. It seems like ordering through DoorDash ends with the driver waiting at the store and the estimated delivery times are rarely right. Everytime I go in there's a long line, even an hour before they close. I don't know if it's low staffing or bad staffing. Possibly both? If you order online, don't expect for it to be ready when you get there. Even if you tell them your name and you're there to pick up your order, you'll still have to stand there for 10-15 minutes until they finally give it to you. I feel bad for door dashers because I'll see 3 of them standing there waiting for their pick up for long periods of time. The line is wrapped around the building while the employees prepare online orders. It's sub-freezing outside and people are waiting in the cold. The employees are dancing and laughing while making an online order not once, not twice, not three times, but four times and then laugh to the line when the customer arrives to pick it up. Meanwhile, most of us have been in line for 30 minutes. This is the worst chipotle. It is adequately staffed but there is one girl actually working. Unfortunately, every time she put rice and meat into the bowl, the subsequent employees would immediately mess it up and throw it out. 5/5 would recommend ordering online and picking up. 0/5 would recommend coming to this chipotle. read more

My experience was from 9:15- 10:30. I was waiting in line for 15 minutes and I didn't move one inch. Food looked lifeless and cold. When you do a throughput of 20 people in an hour that makes sense. I used to work at chipotle for 3 years in college and we performed way better business with less people 4 pillers were not in place. No mis en place. No linebacker. No expeditor. Aces were obviously not in their places. They had 3 grill cooks, one cashier, and 2 people on the line. One online person. The manager was prepping bell peppers and there were two dish guys. The food was not being cooked quick enough. When I got home, I open my bowl and I found multiple hairs in my food. The food was fresh, but it was tainted. I had to throw it out. read more

This has become the worst chipotle in Lake County. Twice in the last week, I have had 7-8 people ahead of me and nobody moved for almost 10 minutes each time and they are not making online orders, so I left each time. The people on the line literally need a fire lit under their behinds and since nobody is paying for their food, maybe the cashier should get involved instead of just staring at the ground. I would recommend going to Mentor at the 306/Tyler area. They still provide regular quick service. read more

Since the quarantine, I have ordered from this place twice and had it delivered. The first time everything I ordered for the family was missing 2 to 3 ingredients. Either lettuce, cheese, salsa, etc. It was terrible. I decided to try them again, maybe they were having an off day. This time they got the orders right but the bowls I got had less the regular amounts of ingredients. More than half the bowl was empty. I will never go or order from this Chipotle again. Standing on the corner of a shady shopping plaza on Euclid Ave you will find the delish smells of Chipotle. If only the experience reeked of excellence. Every.Single.Time we went there, the line is INSANELY long. Tonight, I literally waited in line for THIRTY FIVE MINUTES. No joke, ya'll. I could of went to a sit-down restaurant for that. There was TWO girls working the line, TWO. Their attitudes matched their super slow service.... rude and acted like a chip was on their shoulders. No pun intended. This restaurant is not up to Chipotle standards... home office needs to fix this place. Get more employees on the line! And your lines wouldn't be so long to where people leave b/c they're sick of waiting. Your employees may not be so grumpy if you hired more help and stopped overworking them. Not to mention... the place was so dirty and unkept. Very disappointed. We'll be taking our big bucks we spend at Chipotle to another location. Bad job Euclid Ave. UPDATE - After contacting corporate regarding our poor experience.... the garbage of this Chipotle continues. For some reason the online ordering system doesn't flow as smoothly here as it does at other locations. Meaning, if they tell you your food will be ready at noon you'll still have to wait 10 minutes after you arrive on time to pick it up. Consistently poor service. Every pickup order is always missing something, whether its a drink, side, chips, it never fails. Burritos are typically wrapped poorly and end up needing to be eaten with a fork. Food is never ready at the pickup time either.
