The worst chipotle in north east Ohio. Workers are rude and don't give decent portion sizes. This gets worse when they are running out instead of making more menu items they just slash sizes even smaller. Workers are rude as well. When it gets to 8 o'clock they act as if it's closing time and don't have anything running on the stove even with a full restaurant. I've given this location multiple opportunities to change my opinion but they keep proving that they are garbage and don't care about customers or the product they put out. Save yourself the trouble of this location and drive 10 minutes in any other direction to get to another location. You will only get disappointment and a shitty burrito/bowl from this location read more

Have not been here in a while. Now I understand why.Line compares to waiting in line at Disney World they know how to take the fast out of fast food. Can see why they have a help wanted sign on door. Help behind counter looked as miserable as those of us waiting in line. For what ...a burrito bowl with beef that was a notch below anything at Taco Bell. Only had large drinks and at least two of the fountain dispensers where out. The franchise police need to shut Willoughby down and start over. Worst chipotle location. I've been a loyal chipotle customer for years and this location is terrible. Always so busy and probably because their staff is inefficient. The last several times I was there, they had to restart my order twice because the employee wasn't listening to me. Just a waste of my time and the others waiting in line behind me. Also when I get home to open my burrito, it literally falls apart. Customer service and quality is poor. I would rather drive a couple more minutes to another location than waste my time or money here. read more

I love chipotle always have! But this place is so awful!!! I have order three times from online ordering and every single time i end up waiting longer than the people in line!! Once they forgot my order, second time they made me a burrito instead of a bowl and today they forgot half my toppings and a side for my salad. I don't normally like this Chipotle location but its closest to my house. On recent visits the meat didn't seem as seasoned as it should be. However, today I had a great experience with staff, speed and taste of food! The guy working the line was quick and friendly, almost too quickly because I felt like he was rushing me but I'd rather be rushed than wait for service. The man waiting on the line was was wearing a green polo so I assume he was the manager. Other reviews harp on slow service and rude people but they wasn't the case today. read more

The Willoughby location is the most poorly managed restaurant chain I've been to. Every worker is incredibly slow and would rather talk to coworkers in the back than make food. I ordered my food at 3:45 ready to pickup at 4:15. When I arrived at 4:15, there were people from 3:30 still waiting on their orders. When it hit 4:40, they just started preparing the 4:00 orders. There were about 13 other people who were waiting with me for their orders, and all of us waited at least 15 minutes. It's impossible to socially distance when everyone is waiting on orders with no communication or updates from the chipotle team members. I left because I was so dissatisfied and will absolutely never return to the Willoughby chipotle again. It is astoundingly disappointing and quite frankly always sucks. The workers all seem to have an attitude, take frequent talking breaks with coworkers, and are the slowest moving people I have ever seen on earth. The manager was not present, and the cooks were behind on corn salsa, chicken, and fajita veggies so literally the entire line was backed up. I HIGHLY recommend that a chipotle representative visits this location and figures it out because wow, that was bad. read more

This Chipotle used to have good service and great food. This past year it has really gone down hill. We order on the internet and the food used to be ready when we arrived. Today the food was supposed to be ready an hour and twenty minutes after we ordered. We arrived and still waited another 35 minutes for our food. I opened my burrito and noticed the ends weren't even wrapped so it fell apart in my hands, the chicken was burned. The bowls had barely any meat at all, but lots of salsa and sour cream like soup. My neighbors description of his bowl was "crap". We've had Chipotle from here about four times in the last six months, each time hoping things would go back to the way they were. This was the last chance for them. We will drive a little further for better service. read more

Two stars is generous. Stopped in today after visiting my mother-in-law at the hospital. The parking lot has chuck holes bigger than moon craters. Line didn't move too badly, but when we got to the front we had to wait 10 minutes while they filled on-line orders. My bowl ended up about 1/4 full, I could still see the bottom in spots. Horrible. There was plastic in my food! I was waiting in line to get my food and there was a man in front of me swearing. All of the workers were laughing and acting as if they were not at work. I've had nothing but problems my last 5 times going to this location. The employees are extremely rude. They'd rather chat about their personal lives than do their job. They skimp on your meal, even if you offer to pay for extra. They cross contaminate food. They reuse the same dirty pans for the prep line. They do wear gloves but they'll touch everything, including money, and go right back to handling your food. The chips are so stale they're chewy 99% of the time. And when they're not stale, they're more greasy than any McDonald's menu item. I went there to redeem a free meal coupon from the last horrid experience, and they tried to serve me completely raw, still bloody steak. And then they claimed that it cooks the rest of the way in the heat pan. It's not going to cook in the heat pan when you put it directly on my bowl! I confronted the worker on the line and she didn't know what to say. So the girl working at the grill started yelling at me and my boyfriend saying that that's just how it is. So my boyfriend asked for a manager and she said the same thing in a snobby tone. No one offered to cook the steak more. And when I asked for my bowl to be remade, they gave me 1/4th of what I originally had in my bowl, and didn't even listen to what I wanted. I am appalled at this location and I will NEVER go back there. In all reality, I'm hesitant to go to any other chipotle.. If I wanted subpar "mexican" cuisine, I'd just go to Taco Bell and pay half the price. Save time, sanity and money and go elsehwere. read more

I ordered catering here for a company party and they LOST our online order. I went to go pick it up and they had no clue that there was even an order sent to them. I sent it the previous Friday and went to pick it up on Tuesday - MORE than enough time to be notified of a catering order. I showed them the online confirmation and after talking to several different people who worked there, a manager was contacted and they said they would have the order done in 30 minutes... 1.5 hours later we finally got our food. The manager attempted several times to give us a partial refund for the inconvenience, but she didn't know how to and I ended up waiting another 30 minutes at the store while she fumbled to complete a refund. Absolutely unacceptable. We will not be ordering from this Chipotle again. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. read more

One of the worst places I will not go back. food scraps all over on the counters, workers don't care. Cashier didn't care about anything but talking to her friend who was standing right beside her with her coat on, at end of counter. Even when she went to clean tables and drink station they were no more than 1 foot apart talking constantly not about work. Food was average Chipotle food but the service! Only 1 person working the line, 1 cook and 1 cashier. Asked for black beans...got pinto, asked for peppers and onions...didn't get those. I walked into the place at 4 pm with 8 people in front of me in line. I didn't leave until nearly a half hour later and I was getting take out. Staff goofing off and making online order after online order. Once you get to the counter and order they hold back ingredients cause no one wants to re stock ingredients so if you don't say something you'll get the smallest chipotle burrito ever made. This use to be one of my favorite locations, however my last two visits have helped me decide to go elsewhere for a burrito bowl. The wait time (30-40) is too long for take out and the portions are really small. I had to ask for extra rice during my last two trips. They were out of brown rice and there were slim pickings on the veggies. Some of the female workers aren't friendly and rush you through the line barely putting the requested items into my bowl. I'm going to make the extra 10 minute drive and go the Mentor location for my next visit. read more

Terrible Chipotle...I grew up going to this location and it has tremendously declined over the years. It is always at least a 30-45 minute wait, inefficient service, and extremely rude workers. Today Ione of the workers give me attitude about asking for something on the side, and completely ignored my boyfriend when he also asked for something on the side and put it on anyways. I entered this restaurant last night with an average line for the time of day. I waited 30 minutes and watched the line grow and grow. Occasionally someone would walk out. Finally my turn and they were out of white rice with a thirty minute wait and chicken with a 5 minute wait. The girls working the line were so rude that we walked out as they were making our food. I really didn't want to pay for something I didn't want to a business but who doesn't care. Went to the one on Reynolds rd and it was a 100 times better experience. I felt compelled to write a review after my third visit to this Chipotle. The employees, management, and franchise should be EMBARRASSED for this location's chain. I went to purchase food at 3:30 p.m. There were 9 people in front of me, so it wasn't too bad of a line compared to other rush hours. The line did not move for 20 minutes. What is going on?? I witnessed the staff doing nothing but laugh and talk among one another for this period of time. They finally took the first person in line. It took another 20 minutes to make this woman's burrito because they apparently ran out of her ingredients. Why they didn't have back up ingredients handy is beyond me. 2 people ahead of me left at this point, so then there were 7 left. After the woman paid for her burrito, it was the next persons turn...however...2 of the people that were making the food were nowhere to be seen. The cooks were laughing and joking around, not a a care in the world. The only person left up front was the cashier who just stared at the line aimlessly while the customers were still waiting furiously. The line cooks finally returned and It took that person another 15 minutes to get his burrito due to a spill. It took them 10 minutes to clean up the mess. The family in front of me left. So there were 2 people in front of me now. As the line behind me increased, so did the take out orders. They proceeded to ignore the in-store customers that have been waiting in line for AN HOUR, and focus on the 8 or so take-out orders. I stood in line for another 20 minutes before walking out. 9 people in front of me at a FAST FOOD CHIPOTLE restaurant and It wasn't my turn after an HOUR AND A HALF of waiting in line. OK, so I seriously don't make a habit of knocking a place. But when you go ABOVE AND BEYOND into the rediculous realm of "am I on punk'd" range of unprofessional and unproductive, I will take the time. So FIRST, I ordered online with a credit card and for the 2nd time you guys just crashed. When I wait in the long line, I'm usually fine but today figured I'd use YOUR APP, again and again BOMB. I walked in, went to the cashier because I already paid by card and just needed handed a bag. (Per your apps instructions) And the girls couldn't find my order. Ok, had the app under one last name but got married so I wasn't sure what name it popped up under. We have troubles. So they call the "manager" or supervisor to help. She was sitting on a break i guess, and she slammed her cup down on the empty table she was sitting at and said "this is the worst friggin break ever". Than proceeded to act a fool. She barely looked at the screen and said that she "couldn't help me because she doesn't see the name." So I show her my confirmation email and the text from my online banking showing I paid for it. Her exact words were, "well I don't know what to tell you". Really!? That's your answer huh!? So when I said, "well now what"? She started to tell me contact corporate, blah, blah. Than the young girl behind her looks over her shoulder at the screen and says, "her name is right there." Than they proceeded to make our food. The "supervisor" or whoever, walked away and didn't say a word, no I'm sorry for the mix up..or anything. Now, yep I am angry. Admist the confusion, I suppose I should have watched my order being made because I got home and EVERY SINGLE EXTRA that I paid for is not on any of the food. It was meat, rice and THAT IS ALL! Paid for sour cream, guacamole, and cheese on 3 separate burritos and not one had it. So I will avoid your location and go to Mentor or Mayfield because Willoughby is terrible. read more

Stood at the counter for three minutes waiting for the attendant (standing directly in front of me behind the counter) to serve me and my friend. My friend has food allergies and is allergic to gluten. When she asked what was gluten free at the restaurant, they told her to look it up herself on google. Another worker made a comment about "Kardashian Girls". When my friend explained that she had allergies, the person made no apology and scowled. I had to wait five minutes for steak to be ready. When we came in, there was LITERALLY no one there. It was just us. When it came time for checkout, they were totally unprepared. There had been a line queued up behind us, and there were three items waiting to be sold. Mind you, these were all SEPARATE PURCHASES. The cashier didn't serve us in order that we came in, and repeatedly asked us which was ours since she had them piled together and out of order. I ordered chips and guac, and she didn't put my guac in the bag. The food all tasted fine, which is one good thing, I guess. But still.
