Google Maps advised she would be 10 minutes late to her appointment so she called to see if this is a problem. She was told there is a 15 minute window so continue and she would be fine. She arrived exactly ten minutes late and was told to leave and reschedule. The lady at the front told her the fifteen minutes was just a corporate rule. This is horrible service and I would never recommend going to the store.

I have a bit of OCD and was bummed that the car would no longer be 'perfect.' Insurance set up my appointment for Wednesday afternoon and I wish there were more than 5 stars. Cosmetically way way way more than expected! Very pleased! Also must mention how nice the entire staff was! Stuff like this is pretty common where I live but I'm going to sleep a little better knowing what these guys in Mobile are capable of.

I had taken my car to them in the past for a busted windshield so I called and left them a message about my situation and when they opened Monday 7/7/25 they returned my call. I was able to schedule a replacement for this morning Tuesday 7/8/25 to have my windshield replaced. This is a small local business. They took car of helping with my insurance claim and all I had to pay was my deductible. I'm happy to be a repeat customer of theirs!

I had really high hopes for this place honestly, but they really let me down. I called one morning…read moreto see if I could get an appt for that day in order to get a leak fixed, but I was told that I didn't need an appt, and that I could just come in at 1pm. I specifically asked if it would be faster if I made an appt, and I was told no. When I arrived at 1pm, I was quickly greeted by the very nice customer service rep named Karley. She was looking out for the customers, and being respectful of their time by telling them that their wait was going to be a long time and her manager critiqued her in front of everyone, saying that he wasn't worried about stressing the techs out and to overbook the schedule instead. It's clear that the manager is more interested in exceeding volume metrics for the district than he is about meeting customer satisfaction. They need more staff, better management, and more accountability from higher-ups when it comes to taking care of customers. I won't be here again unfortunately.
