My name is Mrs Brenda Brunson today on February 29th of 2026 i had a technician come to my house to…read moreput a back glass in on hatch back window technician came to My house to put glass in i got meighbor to hook up my battery he left and did 2 jobs said he ne back he going to fo two easy jobs he told me that i needed to have glass removed from motor and lock my window was 20 minutes from being completed jad my nerves raddled and shaking hubby had to work my truck was running soon as he pulled out of driveway had me thinking i had to clean glass out of my motor and lock before installing a new window took jim 2 hours to het back to me told me that he made more than my husband on his over time than him and had a whole different attitude when i went got my husband from work when he finally showed back up to finish the job he was very rude and in a hurry and left me hanging for 2 hours till he finished the job I don't ever again want this man back at my house there's no since in making customers feel like it's their job to clean glass when they supposed to im going on on monday and making i direct face to face complaint he approach with a sarcastic attitude and and BETTER than thou attitude and to busy to deal with my truck no way i recommend anyone to go through the nerve damage i went through window great but technician we as my family could have done with out my husband said he is not a people person if so they don't need that repersent this safelite company i mot ever felt so upset n shake like i did today please watch put for these folks folks that show up from this company not all are good i am so upset i jave his name on email and no receipt was giving not even in my Email im also going to movile office on this too i want and deserve a receipt no exsplaing and no receipt this was a horrible experience i am very proud of what my husband makes and he just put a new radiator in so battery was out easy hook up but he left two hours done two other customers shaking my heD and had to call jis office to confirm price showed him my email of price after he had called he realized i not had to pay over 500.00 it was only 421.14 i feel i should have not paid that much after my nerves but since he thought he better i really don't mind paying that much but it wasn't worth this i go through this i rather have AI do windows

Google Maps advised she would be 10 minutes late to her appointment so she called to see if this is a problem. She was told there is a 15 minute window so continue and she would be fine. She arrived exactly ten minutes late and was told to leave and reschedule. The lady at the front told her the fifteen minutes was just a corporate rule. This is horrible service and I would never recommend going to the store.

I have a bit of OCD and was bummed that the car would no longer be 'perfect.' Insurance set up my appointment for Wednesday afternoon and I wish there were more than 5 stars. Cosmetically way way way more than expected! Very pleased! Also must mention how nice the entire staff was! Stuff like this is pretty common where I live but I'm going to sleep a little better knowing what these guys in Mobile are capable of.

I had taken my car to them in the past for a busted windshield so I called and left them a message about my situation and when they opened Monday 7/7/25 they returned my call. I was able to schedule a replacement for this morning Tuesday 7/8/25 to have my windshield replaced. This is a small local business. They took car of helping with my insurance claim and all I had to pay was my deductible. I'm happy to be a repeat customer of theirs!

I've always passed up other car washes to go to Rich's Car Wash at S University because they had…read morethe most effective wash. It's never often enough, but I want a good wash when I get one. On November 4, 2024, I took my filthy car to Rich's Car Wash and found it had been redesigned to the new Rich's Car Wash with completely new washing and vacuum systems installed. I bought the $15 Instant Shine and prayed it would knock off layers of caked-on dust from a few months of no washes. I went through the foamy wash, got out of my car, and walked around it, expecting to see the usual missed spots above the back glass and one or two places on the wheels--but they weren't there! I opened the rear hatch of my Rav4, and the seal was clean around the door. Wow, that was a first! Now I was on a mission; I opened the fuel door; it was clean there, too! I wasn't about to get on the ground to look under the car, but I bet it was cleaner there, too. Vacuums were a significant improvement, even though the first one I tried didn't work. I didn't allow myself enough time to use the car mat cleaner, but I watched someone run her mats through the machine, so I consider myself an expert for when I have the time to do so. More attendants are on staff at Rich's Car Wash to assist you with your needs while there. I was pleased with my experience with the new Rich's Car Wash. I will still pass up all other car washes to return to Rich's Car Wash, maybe just a little more often now!
