Sunday 7/6/25 I had a large rock hit my windshield while driving on the interstate. It hit so hard it busted the glass and it shattered all over the dash. I had taken my car to them in the past for a busted windshield so I called and left them a message about my situation and when they opened Monday 7/7/25 they returned my call. I was able to schedule a replacement for this morning Tuesday 7/8/25 to have my windshield replaced. This is a small local business. They took car of helping with my insurance claim and all I had to pay was my deductible. I'm happy to be a repeat customer of theirs! read more

These guys were great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a leak and couldn't quite figure out where it was coming from. I called Kittrell, because the dealership pointed me in their direction. The lady who answered was super sweet and they were able to look at it as soon as I could drive it down to them. They took a look and immediately knew what the problem was (most likely). We'll see at the next rain storm whether it was the only problem. They explained to me where it was, how it probably happened, and how to prevent it in the future. When I called, I got a cheerful receptionist who quickly got me a quote while I was on the phone without any pushy salesman pressuring me to go ahead and make an appointment like Safelite. Kittrell's quote was the cheapest, and when I called schedule an appointment, they got me in the same morning. The shop staff was friendly and professional, and I was out in less than an our. They were nice enough on the phone and replaced my windshield , but I was charged 3 1/2 hours of labor for a job that took less than I hour. They never stated up front that there was a minimum labor charge. In my book , that's a rip off ! read more
