They were unable to get their own internet working and ended up asking to use my personal hotspot. They also arrived with a baby in a chest carrier, which I wasn't expecting for a professional event service. Another frustration was that they couldn't print photos on-site as advertised, at least without waiting and the photographer saying "if you really need me to print it I can try to figure it out" For much of the event, the photographer was unavailable, and there was little communication about where they were or when they'd be back. Overall, the experience didn't meet my expectations, and I wouldn't choose this service again.
