This is only for the pickleball experience. It's a very nice facility with 4 PB courts tightly packed together. Pro: perfectly flat surface with no bumps or cracks, nets were of the highest quality & very sturdy. Con: both tennis & PB lines are clearly painted so can be a bit confusing, 4 courts are set up in 2x2 arrangement with back lines against each other, its the tighest arrangement i have ever seen for PB. You will be rubbing elbows with the adjacent court players, if your back is against the other courts instead of against the fence you will have even less space $15 per court/hr is the going rate, overall we had a great time & would def return

Beautiful day for pickleball

We did notice after 2 pm more people were coming in so it was a little harder to find chairs, few bathrooms around, playground and gym looked clean. Plenty of shade too which was nice. Lifeguards on rotation every 20 minutes. Overall, nice area.

The fundamental problem is that homeowners are required to pay dues whether or not they are permitted to use the facilities. Although the young reception staff have generally been friendly, our interactions with the administrative office have often felt dismissive, inflexible, and unnecessarily rude. Even the entrance, with its locked metal gates and restrictive atmosphere, feels unwelcoming for what is supposed to be a neighborhood recreational facility. For more than a year, I have tried to resolve a dispute involving outstanding dues for invoices and notices I did not receive. Because we were not using the facility, I had no reason to know that charges were continuing to accumulate. Once I became aware of the issue, I proposed a reasonable solution: allow me to begin paying the current dues while we worked out a fair arrangement for the disputed past balance. Instead of treating this as a genuine effort to resolve the matter, the office responded with a rigid, collection-focused attitude and refused to consider a practical compromise. We were expected to pay everything immediately while still being denied access to the facilities. A community association should make a reasonable effort to communicate with homeowners, provide clear and timely notices, and work constructively with residents who are actively trying to resolve a dispute. It should not use mandatory dues and denial of access as leverage while refusing to discuss a fair payment arrangement. We were not asking to avoid our responsibilities. We were asking for transparency, basic courtesy, and a reasonable path toward resolution. Unfortunately, our experience has reflected none of those things.

Tons of parking…read more Lots of shade and several places to sit and relax under the gazebo. With swings, monkey bars and slides and lots of grass it's ideal for kids to play. Worth the price of my monthly HOA lol. My kiddos can stay here for hours and would probably do so if they had the choice. I like that it's walking distance from our home and that it's never too crowded. Yes, it's close to the Boys and Girls Club so there tends to be a good amount of traffic but it is still a safe place. I'll be back for sure.

This park is conveniently located in 4S Ranch and right next to the Boy's club. One of the most delightful features of 4S Ranch community park is its provision of large tables and chairs, perfect for hosting parties and gatherings. For SD hiking ladies group, this park has become more than just a place to walk--it's a go-to party destination. We hosted our White Elephant holiday party here three years in a row. One of the park's standout features is its very decent and clean restroom facilities--a rarity in many outdoor settings. Another major draw for the hiking ladies group is the park's plentiful parking. However, as seasoned visitors of the park know, there's one caveat to keep in mind--the weekend sports event at the nearby boys' club. For anyone planning a big party, I suggest you to keep an eye on the schedule of sports events happening at the nearby boys' club.
