I had called to schedule my appointment and scheduled it for 8:45 am, they told me to arrive 15 mins early for paperwork (standard, no prob). I received a notification late Friday evening saying my appointment was scheduled for 9 am. I was already confused on the different time, so I showed up at 8:35, i filled out the paperwork, then waited, and waited and waited. At 9:18 I was taken back by a chiropractic assistant to go into this office that I was instructed to watch a 7 minute video. It was a waste of time! Then when the video was done, I waited and waited and waited. I finally went back and the doctor and I talked about pains and he said he wanted me to do xrays, no prob as I know this is normal for chiropractors. But there was SO MUCH time I was just sitting by myself waiting. I thought a new patient appointment would be efficient and make me feel like I am cared about but all the excess time spent waiting I was just glad the appointment was free. I am definitely not going to continue care with them based on the experience I had.

One of them for ten years out in Burnsville and then after that did a few adjustments at Lifetime but still had pain. Most Chiropractors do cookie cutter adjustments and don't address your as in YOU, your actual problems. They do X-rays and full body assessment here and actually look at where your body is having issues then adjust your according to your own individual needs! I had a shoulder impingement for probably two years that flared up on and off and both my old chiropractors could not fix it. On top of that I also had pounding migraines every single day. I kid you not after a week or two of adjustment my shoulder impingement is completely gone, and migraine headaches went away. Since going to Align for the last three years I've probably had one or two head aches but nothing like in the past prior to Align.
