This is a great place. The Chiropractor is one of the best docs I have been to. I have been seeing chiropractors since I was five years old and have been to many doctors, because I moved many times. I am a huge fan! I went in with some mixed feelings about chiropractors in general and am now a loyal fan of Chirofit. I was especially skeptical when my biggest concern was jaw pain - not something I would ever imagine a chiropractor helping with. On top of that, I had been told by multiple dentists that surgery would be the only other thing that could help me. After a couple of months with Dr. Mo, my jaw sits correctly again and I do not have any pain! No surgery required. I love it. All the staff are great to work with and they really know their stuff. A very thorough initial visit, too. I have been to chiropractors after accidents, and get asked some quick questions. Here, they took me through a very thorough exam, gave a tour, and did their best to make me feel at home. They have a variety of services, and the biggest specialty is with sports. Chirofit is great on so many levels. Dr. Mo is a genuinely nice guy, his office always runs smoothly (Alicia rocks!), and his staff is great. I don't think I have ever had to wait more than a few minutes to see Dr. Mo when I go in for my appointments, my time is valuable and his office respects that. When I first went to Chirofit I was suffering from intense neck and back pain. I had been to multiple doctors, tried many treatments, and nothing worked. I met with one of their chiropractors at a networking meeting. I had severe pain that day in my back and was unable to get in with my own doctor. The chirofit rep told me to come in that day and they would help me. When I went they ran me through assessments and an x-ray then wanted me to sign up for a plan that would've cost more than $300. When I said I just wanted an adjustment to help with the pain they said I needed to pay for the assessment, which was more than $200, and they couldn't do anything else unless I paid for treatment as well. None of this was explained to me before I started the process. Therefor, since I didn't want to pay extra money in addition to the assessment fee, I ended up with no treatment for the pain. It was a horrible experience. I walked out of there giving them more than $200 for no relief. Any time I hear someone talk about Chirofit I tell this story. Absolutely despicable. I have steered many people from this practice. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

"Dr" mo jahadi came recommended to me by a friend. Usually when a friend recommends a product/service it ends up being good. His staff is very nice and accomodating but i guess it's easy to do when you are not very busy. My visit started with a 5 star and then quickly shot down to a 3 star when my visit with "dr" jahalai began. He must have been having a bad day because i simply did not get a good vibe from him. Well, im not going to judge from his bad day. Moving forward. I visited dr jahadi for neck pain but was hesitant due to jennifer p's review but like i said a friend recommended him. The session seemed fine and he appeared to be in a hurry to get me out quickly. Anyway i felt better so off i go. A week later omg my neck pain is worse than ever. Remembering jennifer p's review i didnt want to go back to "dr" jahadi so i visited my real dr. My real dr advised me to stop "dr" jahadi's treatment and prescribed some pain killers and advised me to apply heat. A couple weeks later i felt better and now i question whether i needed any type of treatment at all. Shouldn't a "dr" know whether i needed my neck "adjusted" or not? Next time i will go to a dr first. read more

Then when I called to pay the lady at the front tried to charge us about 70 dollars more than what we should have been charged. I love Dr Mo and his staff. He is very passionate about his work and chiropractic medicine. I know medical doctors don't like to recommend chiropractors not only because they are "competition" but also because they treat patients with holistic medicine and not DRUGS. Most chiropractors are not so quick in "writing a prescription" and using pharmaceuticals to take away pain. They like to find the root of the problem and treat it gradually, rather than a quick drug fix. Both my kids play youth sport and I take them for their routine adjustment. Very disappointing! I made a message appointment for my very stressed out husband as a birthday present. When he got to his appointment he got a sales pitch about all their services, then waited for 30 minutes and then told that the therapist was not available and to come back in an hour. This is his first impression of the business. He was not offered a discount or a refund just come back in an hour. When he got home I called Chirofit and asked for a discount or a refund. They did offer me half off. But by this time my husband just did not feel like returning and just wanted a refund. Dr. Mo refused to give us a refund. I have been in a customer service business for many years. I would have done everything in my power to have kept this client; such as scheduled a different therapist, offer a free message, or at the least a discount before that client left the office. This is a late review but wanted to write about my experience at Chirofit. I went here in the summer to address some issues I was experiencing with sciatic pain and internal scarring in my ankle after surgery. Dr. Mo was very attentive to my needs and examined my problems very carefully. Several methods were used during my visits for adjustments that informed me about my predicament. I ultimately returned to my podiatrist because it was more economical but I GREATLY appreciated Dr. Mo's knowledge, advice and professionalism during my time with him. What really impressed me after I told him I wasn't coming back is that his staff later sent me a birthday card and offer for a free adjustment.
