Dr. Geldner himself was kind and polite but I struggled with his patient care coordinator, Dorothy…read more While she was kind, there were a few things that I noticed that made me feel less secure as a patient: - she told me Dr. Geldner could show me a rendering of what my results might look like. He confirmed that he cannot do this. - she promised a response within 2 weeks, otherwise I should call her. I did not get a response until I called 2.5 weeks later and the response was then handled via email. - she couldn't answer questions regarding the pre-auth that their office requires (my insurance does not require a pre-authorization) and needed to consult the billing office. This is fine except that it took multiple attempts over phone and email for me to get a response back. In the end, I didn't have my procedure done with this office due to their inability to work with my insurance (BCBS PPO). However, I'll admit that my up front experience made me nervous enough that I was already looking at other options. Bummer--Geldner seems good at what he does!
