I went in to see their supposed be experienced injector Carrie with a small problem she told me I needed more Botox over my forehead when I told her that would be too much she said no, went in with a slight uneven brows told her I don't like how low they are because of neurologist. Long story short they charged me $621 only to make my eyes and eyebrows more droopy and feel so heavy and 10 times worse than before. Carrie told me well you had your friend try to fix it my friend who's new to this industry did way better job that Carrie ever did. Carrie now realized she messed up and said well you have to wait for it to wear off can't fix it now. I have droopy eyes low eyebrows because of Carrie the neurologist and my friend did way better job that someone who's supposed to have 10 year experience. When I went in for my touch up she insisted to lower my eyebrow even though I told her not to. She talks to you as if you're dumb and she knows better Stay away from Carrie. Carries will also ask you where you are from if your are not white with blond hair. Shes going to treat you differently from being nonwhite. She even took pictures from different angles to make the manger believe her mess. Stay away from this place. They are nothing but scam artists trying to take your money. Oh Carrie tries push you to write a review right during your first visit before you even get to see the results just to try to scam you off into writing something good about her. I didn't leave in happy spirit, that is 100% not true. I wouldn't come see Carrie even if she did the treatment for free. She took the photos from angels to make up her lies. The other clinics I saw did way better job than Carrie ever did. Carrie made things worse and told me now I have to live with it. Where do I begin.... I can't say enough about Rhonda. After reading all her great reviews, I knew I had to see for myself. After contemplating lip fillers for over a year, I finally visited Rejuvenate MedSpa on 11/24/17. I walked in some-what nervous. I was taken into to a room where my lips were photographed and prepped for injections by one of the girls who was extremely nice ( I forgot her name, sorry). I had lopsided lips and downward corners that made me look like I was always frowning or sad. When Rhonda walked into the room, she took a look at me and she knew she had her work cut out for her. She listened to my concerns, understood the look I did NOT want, made recommendations and made me feel super comfortable. I knew right there that I was in good hands. She walked me through every injection and allowed me to look in the mirror to make sure my expectations were being met each time she injected. After she was done, I was nearly in tears. My lips did not only look even but GORGEOUS and so natural. I also had some Botox injected in my chin area to achieve a more even appearance. I couldn't be more happier with the results so far. Good-Bye to my orange peel chin too. All gone!! When I smile, I notice such an improvement. She also injected along my jaw line and I cant wait to see those final results. People set appointments up for a certain time for a reason. This is my second lack luster experience with this med spa. I have a gift card for 3 free facials. The first time I went, they called me 30 minutes before my appointment asking if I could come in later. I was already in the elevator on my way upstairs. This is the paperwork appointment where you are supposed to come early. So of course I'm not going to go back home at this point. I schedule a second appointment for my facial. It is at 11:45. I get a phone call at 11:07 asking if I can come later. No I cannot come later, you guys are crazy with your scheduling. Give people earlier warning. I told them to just forget it and cancelled the appointment. Learn to check your appointments ahead of time so people don't waste their day waiting for their services. read more

Went there yesterday with my bestfriend for a weekend treatment. the place was somewhat hard to find as there was no name on the building. So the easiest way to locate this place. 1) its inside oakbrook mall. 2 ) the closest way to park is by barnes & noble 3.) Walk all the way to Godiva chocolate the building door is next to the chocolate store ( if thats hard to locate try sephora then walk down till you find the store and its in that corner with revolving door). 4) its on the 3rd floor. The office looks very clean all white decor with nice water fall glass wall. Everyone in the spa was very nice, friendly and accommodating from the receptionist Jill to their nurse practitioner Kim. I love her shes very knowledgeable on her field, she didn't try to sell me more product or suggested i needed a bathtub worth of botox. She got a very light hand, so me and my friend didnt end up black and blue when we done and still be able to do some shopping. read more

I've been doing laser hair removal at this place for 1.5 years. Results haven't really been as good as what I've had at other places, but I bought packages of 6 sessions both times, so I had to go here. I asked what the pricing would be if I was to purchase more for me and for my sister, and to my disbelief I was provided with prices that had TRIPLED within the year!!! When all other places are lowering prices as laser hair removal is becoming such a common procedure, these people triple them. Also, I've noticed that employees do not last long here. I previously had my lips done and they looked terrible to say the least. I went in for my appointment and not only is the office clean and so nice, the staff is very welcoming. When I finally met Rhonda she was SO nice (and funny) to say the least! Came here for the first time to get my botox done. I just moved from NYC and iam very particular about my Botox needs. Rhonda was really great. I have never done dysport before and have only received botox in the past. She said to stick with botox the first time around just to make sure I liked how she injected my forehead. She suggested I needed less then what I usually get. However I asked for the full amount and she said no problem. The botox kicked in about a week or so later which is normal and I am very happy with my results! I moved out of the suburbs and into the city but will be coming back out to have her help with my under eyes and lips!!! She gets booked up quickly so book her in advance and you can also be placed on the waiting list for a cancelation which is how I got my appointment. I have had wonderful experiences with Rejuvenate. I started with just a brow touch up and tint. Alessandra is very much in demand but was worth the wait!
