From the front office to the chiropractic care this is an amazing practice. I was 65 years old and had never seen a chiropractor. I was a complete skeptic, but I was in terrible pain for over 3 years and my medical practice had given up on me. What did I have to lose was my thought. It is not an exaggeration to say that Dr. Imonti changed my life. She diagnosed my condition and went the extra mile to get my insurance to authorize X Rays then MRI's which my own medical practice repeatedly told me were unnecessary. The imaging confirmed her diagnosis of multiple cervical spine issues. She provided targeted therapy to alleviate my suffering but since my condition had deteriorated so far she showed restraint out of caution to not further aggravate my condition. Dr.Marsella is a rare combination of incredibly personable and extremely intelligent. She helped me understand my scoliosis better than any doctor ever has. She goes the extra mile by providing heat and stim before every adjustment, and even soothing ointments when I really need it. After my elderly mom was abruptly dropped by her previous chiropractor because his practice didn't know how to handle her Mass Health insurance, I've searched Yelp for a chiropractor who could take mom and be close to our home. We have a gem in Roslindale! The clinic is clean, the staff is cheerful and most important they are absolute professionals with big hearts! Not only my mom was immediately accommodated but she felt relieve from her bad sciatica pain! Doctor Marcella spent entire hour just to know the history of her pain and examine her! She went beyond her way to not only massage her back, but perform a stretching and other chiropractic techniques! Since I work one hour drive from home, they offered and came before every other appointment to pick up mom from home! How about this fine gesture!
