This company is out for your money. I came as a result of a car accident that my INSURANCE covered. The therapy barely did anything and I was limited to using certain services because I was only under the "insurance package". Come to find out once my number of visits ran out, they sent me a bill for $535 for out of pocket costs for therapies I didn't even receive. They verbatim told me I couldn't do certain things because the accident insurance only covers but so much, and then proceeded to charge me for the services I wasn't allowed to use. This is the second chiropractor I've visited. There was nothing wrong with the first one; it was just really far from home. The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. The doctors are thorough and listen to patient feedback. I feel like the care here is more comprehensive. I would happily refer anyone here for treatment. Although it is on busy Liberty road, the entrance is in the rear with ample parking. You may also enter through the church parking lot on Rolling Road. Buyer beware! This practice will put the pressure on to sell you services that your insurance covers and extra services that the insurance may not cover. They will also try to talk you into paying for your services upfront even if your insurance covers the services they provide. This can cost thousands of dollars for unnecessary items including back braces, and shoe orthotics. read more

Wow! This place is amazing!!! I was in need of a chiropractor because I started getting lower back pain from sitting at my desk for 10 hours a day. I heard about Chiropractic Works from a friend who had gotten treatment a couple years ago for her back pain also. Dr. Ahn is awesome! He truly cares for his patients' well-being and really prescribed me an effective treatment plan that suited my needs. During the initial couple appointments, Dr. Ahn and his team assessed my current state and evaluated my back, including taking X-rays and reviewing them with me. Based on various factors, such as pain level, X-ray results, etc., he created a treatment plan that helped alleviate my back pain. I think one of the things I enjoyed most about this office is that there are periodic progress evaluations where Dr. Ahn will sit with you to review how the treatment is going. At the end of the treatment plan, he showed me the before and after X-ray shots and explained to me the improvements in my spine structure. They do a really good job of explaining the progress and educating patients during the entire procedure. read more

I feel like I've wasted months trying to get help for my back here. I followed every direction, came to all my appointments and months later I was feeling the exact same way I started. The staff is great, they are very helpful and kind. But the chiropractor whose care I was under (Dr. Worley) was fine at first but when I expressed my concern over my condition not getting better at my midpoint, she seemed rather angry at the fact that I wanted to feel some relief from my back pain. I got a MRI (wish I got one at first) that confirmed that my months of time and money was wasted. I came to every appointment and followed every instruction and was told after my MRI that they can't correct my condition (bulging discs) Why wasn't I told this from the start? I was sold on false promises to "give me a new back" and much like the clients I spoke to, it wasn't going to happen there. I've been under the care of a new chiropractor and in 2 weeks (4 visits) I feel more relief than I ever felt in months of going to that place. read more

I've been coming to see this chiropractic care provider for a couple of years. I'm extremely satisfied with their service. I was experiencing lower back pain and neck pain. Patient beware! This company completely lacks ethics. It's my opinion that they are probably charging all of their patients for services not rendered. At least that's what they did to me and my husband. They are making up insurance compliance rates, patient splits, co-pays and charging false deductible. Call your insurance company and check to see exactly whats offered/ covered by your insurance. What they pay and what your responsibility is to pay. Dont listen to Chiropractic works, The doctor as well as the staff there will have you paying money that you do not owe. If you're not on top of it you'll end up paying money to them that they are basically stealing from you. I was told that for my husband and I, we owed $800 for Physical therapy deductible plus co-pays for all of our medical visits, nearly totaling $1000.00 When I called my insurance company just to verify the information before I paid, They said that my only out-of-pocket cost should've been $30.00. And they have no clue why they want anything else from me. What!!!!!!The Dr and staff were hounding and harassing me to pay the money. They even told me that I needed to begin paying on it so that it doesn't become overwhelming. Good thing I listen to that little voice inside me and called my insurance company to check rather than give them money I didn't even owe. The company even charges you $25 if you cancel an appointment. And they make you sign something saying that you understand that you owe $25.00 if you can't come in...even if it's a vacation. The amount of notice given has nothing to do with it. they just want you to get a certain amount appointments in a certain amount of time. Or you will pay out of your pocket if they can't bill your insurance company. What doctors office makes you pay for canceled appointments. Not missed appointments but if you cancel the appointment. This company, and I say company rather than Doctors office because this practice is ran strictly by business savviness rather than medical compliance or patient care. The chiropractic care was valuable. And I did see results, I won't take that from them. But I can't continue to support a business that I personally know was trying to rob me and I feel like they're probably Robbing all of those other poor people who haven't taken the time to look. read more

I had an interview scheduled yesterday to be a full-time marketing assistant with this company. I drove 45 minutes to this appointment, filled out 25 minutes worth of paperwork for them and took an aptitude test, only to then be told that the position was filled a few days prior. She then asked me if while I was there I wanted to interview for a part-time receptionist position. I couldn't help but laugh and ask her to show me the way out. She even tried to downplay it that she just find out herself that morning. Seeing as my interview was scheduled for 12:30pm, clearly she had time to make a phone call and let me know not to waste my time, money, and gas-- let alone taking a day off from my current job to go there. It was the most unprofessional experience of my life, and in return I got the meekest, most insecure apology I've ever received.
