The work involved resodding a backyard that had gone wild with violets and other invasive plants. They dug out some overgrown horseradish plants that had spread considerably, they trimmed and edged the flower beds, and everything is neat and clean. Out front, they resodded and put in new timber borders. This was real work, and they did it well. Their bid came in slightly higher than one other, but I got the sense from talking with the owner that I had nothing to worry about, and that was true. I would not hesitate to call on them again for help. Not at all.

I felt it was necessary to warn potential buyers that they didn't yet have the experience to know that this mistake could happen (which I'm sure they do now), and that they initially pushed the blame on us.
