They took their time, were meticulous with their work, and the results were excellent. I've been twice now and both visits have been consistently great -- no issues whatsoever. I've seen some negative reviews and honestly don't understand them. My experience has been nothing but positive. The service is professional, the salon is clean and welcoming, and the quality is top-notch for the area. I'll definitely be returning this summer, and in the meantime, I'm gifting my mom a mani-pedi for Mother's Day -- she's also noticed a big difference between the technicians in Port Huron compared to those in St. Clair. WTF!!! I took in photos for my cut and Lea couldn't deliver. One photo was a layered cut she did, one was me with a layered cut, and the 3rd a layered cut from a magazine. She didn't do a layered cut, she just thinned out my hair. It now has no volume. She cut some thin bangs and sort of face framed. It was very similar to what I walked in with. She said she wanted me to gradually get used to shorter hair. She had a simple request and chose to do her own thing. These girls are very inexperienced and inconsistent. We would have been better off at a Great Clips or Supercuts. If you can't do something, then say so.
