Even though we were there near closing time, he still took his time to explain prices, strains and brands. We came in for the Tuesday preroll deal on Claybourne Co.; he made sure we received the discount for the pack we chose. I got a completely different profit than was told. won't say employee but she didn't know she was selling me all in one Stiizys and said they were Pods and had me buy ine with the battery kit so o had a battery and told me the other two were pods. i opened the 2 that were incorrectly told they were pods for the battery I bought and i hate Stiizy all in one because they're clearly wayyy less than the 1 gram Pod!this is almost a Stiizy scam I think to compare the pod size gram to the all in one is way less. The establishment is clean and good pricing. The reason for my bad review is... I've been here a couple times. My first time paying with card, the person who helped me out failed to mention there was a $3.50 charge for using card, on top of another $3.50 charge from your own bank depending on your bank. Mind you I tipped the guy, he could've at least mentioned the extra fees. I called them as soon as the charge posted and I spoke to 3 different employees all of which would say " I'll put your name down so a manager can call you on why you were charged $7 instead of 3.50 " well no manager reached out, and none of the employees actually put my name down for a manager to call me. I decided to give it another chance, my last time there I paid cash to avoid the extra fees and was patiently waiting for my change. It was never offered back to me. I refused to fight for it as it should have been offered not just assumed that I was tipping. Will not be returning unfortunately. read more
