I had a series of hypnotherapy sessions with Chloe. During these sessions I noticed how much Chloe really cares about me getting the most out of every session . She took me on journeys that gave me clarity on what I have been searching for and hypnotically allowed me to meet those expectations so that when I came back to present, my deep wounds had changed into healed wounds. I was no longer triggered by them! In the past, I had lost hope in myself and in my future. Through her hypnotherapy sessions I got to believe again, that what I am looking for exists, and is also looking for me. Who I am and what I bring on the table is of big value, way beyond the false reality I believed in, where I did superficial things for others, making their life comfortable just to make up for my perceived lack of self value. I remembered my positive role models, and got to understand that my attraction to their qualities means that I am not any different from them. In these sessions I grew to expand my ways of being, I became more playful in contrast to the serious person I was being all the time. She helped me improve my body language as well, so the new confidence I now have inside of me is obvious when people look at me.  She also had me take actions to fully integrate the changes in my everyday life. A few months ago, I did coaching and hypnotherapy work with Chloe (via Zoom). I'm usually skeptical of such concepts but decided to give it an honest try after engaging repetitive unproductive behavior that had me feeling "stuck". I started with an intro session followed by a coaching session that helped align my goals and how to tackle them. From our dialogue, Chloe picked up on underlying emotions, judgments, and people in my past that I carried with me but had not really accepted. I am usually someone of a scientific mind, so I have always been a skeptic of the Eastern treatments, but Chloe just made a believer out of me tonight with the Reiki massage! It is 50 minutes of an amazing deep tissue, which is very relaxing, and brings me to peace. The part that made me a believer in the incorporeal is at the end. She laid her hands on me and focused her energy! It was amazing! I felt like there was an warm energy that was transmitted to my body. I couldn't explain it but I felt a warmth where she was placing her hands. I was really shock about how after I left I could still feel the soothing heat all over my body. INVALUABLE!!! Chloe LaBare is a Godsent!!! I found Chloe on Yelp. I was looking for someone who did Reiki or Shiatsu and found out she also does coaching. I had a 30 minute phone consultation with her that was life altering. I'm a sculptor, I'm working on two very large projects and felt stuck and scattered. The work we did in the first session (a 30 minute consultation) released a major part of my resistance.
