I got my OWN paperwork that I submitted to them back to go get a second opinion and then when asking to file with them after the second opinion as expected with such a situation, they ended up refusing my business when I returned stating that they felt disrespected that I wanted to verify the amount was correct with a second opinion! This should be a normal business occurrence and I am very surprised that they'd turn down business just for someone wanting to get a second opinion on their finances. Completely disrespected a customer. Will be contacting management.

In June 2025 I paid…read more$1,933.59 in person to close my account before relocating out of state and was explicitly told my balance was paid in FULL. Two months later, I was contacted and told I owed more money. The balance then changed multiple times -- first I was told $800. Then, AFTER a "50% discount," I was told the amount owed was $1,193! There was no clear or coherent explanation. Invoices issued months later included "Income Tax Return" charges despite my prior payment and being told the account was closed, making the billing appear retroactive and inconsistent. Communication was slow and unreliable despite repeated follow-ups. I was told the head CPA, George, would get back to me about my billing dispute once he was back from vacation. Two months went by before I reached out again and heard anything. I made a reasonable, good-faith offer to resolve the matter if a final invoice confirming no remaining balance was issued. That never happened. Instead, billing continued, including yet another invoice sent in January 2026. Their billing practices are confusing, delayed, and poorly managed. I would avoid them, but if you don't, I strongly caution you to scrutinize invoices carefully and not assume that being told an account is "paid in full" actually ends billing. Document everything. This was not a good experience - on top of their already exorbitant fees.
