If you decide to take your animals here for anything, be prepared to deal with negligible staff who…read morecannot communicate with each other, much less their patients. Our dog was prescribed an antibiotic in which they under-prescribed the dose by more than half and we caught the mistake when we got home. I had to call and message multiple times to get them to correct their mistake and when they did, there was not an apology or anything given to us. In addition, we were waiting for a test result on our dog and were given an estimated date for the results to come in. This date came and went and I reached out to them days later (again multiple calls and messages) to see if the results were in. Their response was "the results are in and have been placed in Dr. box so you should be receiving results within your email from the Dr. It was placed in dr. box that is out so was moved to more available Dr. so we can those results out to you." To this, i called and messaged again in with concern that we hadn't received the test results and someone (NOT a doctor) finally reached out to us to let us know that the test results that had been sitting in "the dr. Mailbox" required medical intervention. And again we didn't receive an apology for the delay in receiving the test results, which could have negatively impacted our dog's health. You will do the job of all of the staff if you bring your pets here, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for an establishment that ACTUALLY takes pride and cares properly for their patients.

My last couple of visits to Fischer Vet have not been fun because my dog is dealing with a serious…read morehealth issue, however the staff are absolutely amazing. I have a very high energy pit bull and they treat her like their own when we have an appointment. As the pet owner to the high energy dog, they always do everything they can to make our appointments as painless as possible including allowing us to wait in the car and checking us out once I've gotten her back in the car so as not to disturb any of the other pets. Overall, I love Fischer Vet and will continue to bring my dog here for all her health needs.

This is the 3rd time I have brought my dogs in for either well checks, or one sick visit, and will not be back. McGuire, the Vet, hurried in and out, exam of my dog was quick and left me with the feeling she was not interested, as was the vet tech. What McGuire did show great interest in was, again, pushing $1500 dental cleaning for a 5 YO pup. They are expensive, you must use their pharmacy and not Chewy which is less expensive for the exact same flea/tick protection. Just another money grabber. Miss our previous vet we had before the relocation who consistently showed interest. They are remodeling the entire clinic so I guess they need to make money, high volume, quick visits but not on my dime.

We brought our dog,…read moreSkip, here after another vet told us that he needed immediate surgery for a small intestine blockage and quoted us $4,000+ for the surgery. We decided to get a second opinion and took him to see Dr. Jorgensen. Dr. Jorgensen took the time to thoroughly review the X-rays, explained what was happening, walked us through all our options, and suggested trying a few safe methods to help it pass naturally before rushing into surgery. There was no pressure, just honest and knowledgeable care! Because of him, Skip avoided surgery completely and saved us thousands of dollars! The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and their prices were nearly half of what we were originally quoted at the first vet! We truly can't thank Dr. Jorgensen and the team at I-35 Marketplace Animal Hospital enough! They've earned our loyalty for life. Highly, highly recommend! Skip says thank you too!

I had never been there before. The entire staff was kind and compassionate. Dr. Jorgensen was thoughtful enough to hand me a card with a bible verse and a book called Paw Prints in Heaven. He also asked if he could say a prayer over my dear Roxy before we let her go. I am not religious but found it all very comforting.
