The scheduling process was super easy and I received a quick response with an appointment date. When they arrived, I met Valen, the groomer, who was incredibly kind and professional. She took the time to explain the entire process, which instantly put me at ease. I requested a sanitary trim, nail trim, and teeth cleaning, and Valen did a phenomenal job--exactly what I had hoped for. I love all the kids that work there and the orange cat. I love the fact that the orange kitty sits in the bin with baby chickens.! I purchase everything from there. I depend on this Strutty's location for my horse products, my feed, my hay, my Pelleted bedding for my horse stall. I purchased halters from there and tiedowns, and all sorts of random stuff. I just like to be in there and buy new things. I returned a halter today, and she stomped out of nowhere up from behind me, and accused me of returning two halters, and that , this was a serious problem. She was the person that I returned the first halter too. The rope halter was so damn big it only fit a Clydesdale and she couldn't remember that. Even though we had a five minute conversation about it before I returned it. I returned another halter today because it stretched out instantly, and the knots were not balanced on my ex race horse and made him go crazy. He has a sensitive nose from chain halters. She was so nasty and accused me of returning a second halter. The woman is Vile, Angry, and clearly has a lot of problems. I am not one of them. The rest of the staff is amazing. But I will never go back to that Struttys ever again, because I will never support her paycheck. She should be fired.

A pudgy orange house cat named Dudley was welcoming folks at the door. I saw another long and lean black cat wandering the aisles too. I came for a few treats and a harness for my new pup. I was pleasantly surprised at how competitive their prices are compared to Petco or PetSmart. With a large selection of treats it was difficult to it narrow down but one of the staff helped me choose a few items. Just for giggles I bought a .85 cent chicken foot for my 8lb pup (he devoured it!). I was able to find the perfect harness and at almost $10 less than the big box stores. Strutty's is my new go-to pet store!

We were absolutely wowed with how well they were taken care of! Baths, clinical check ups, even Polaroids! Now that we live here our precious ones have been there at least twice and each time they come home played out, happy, and so clean! This last week has been difficult for our family as we lost an important member of us; Firehouse has been there without question to take our loves, and my mother - in - laws loves, on a whim and extend their stays as long as we have requested with really no notice at all. They have been such a great support and to know our pets are loved like they're at home and as safe as the bank notes in Fort Knox gives me great ease each time I drop them off. To boot; I'm pretty sure all four prefer it there over home! (lol)

My pup is an anxious guy and most of the time he comes back to me relaxed and exhausted. The last time he did seem very anxious when I picked him up, and he had tummy problems for a few days after, so not sure if he had as great an experience the last time. I called to see if it's normal since he'd been several times before and had never come home sick. They said just keep an eye on him and weren't very concerned. The staff is always welcoming and very kind. There are a couple of staff that have seemed a little unenthusiastic but I think maybe it just wasn't their best day. Overall, it's a great service and I'm sure we will be back.
