Well, where do I even begin? How about at the beginning…read more.. When I first walked into el bagel I was overwhelmed by a sense of awe and wonder that I truly could only describe as a dream. After trotting through the menu and ascending from one option to another I found myself eagerly awaiting the arrival of edible art. El bagel opened my eyes. I haven't been living until this point. Troy, thank you for everything. I know you made every step of the process with love. Never have I seen a harder working young man! Bless you Troy, and bless el bagel.

What they make is interesting and delicious. Plus one or two classic bagels mixed in too. I tried the King Guava, and it was super yummy. The guava flavor really came through, and the cream cheese paired really well with it. I will say the egg was kind of hard to detect, but the potato crisps had the best crunch. The bagel itself also had a really good chew to it. I can't attest to how it would stack up to a New York style bagel, but I really enjoyed it nonetheless. The price point for this place is a pretty decent. And the bagel itself is a pretty filling breakfast. I will definitely be coming back here to get my bagel fix. Also important to note, I have at times seen a long line here, but when I came in right when they opened on Monday morning, there weren't that many people there and it only took 10 min to order and get our order. But I can see how this would change if it was really busy

It's been a while since I've gone to a restaurant and the service and food quality was so amazing that it literally made me stop in my tracks but here we are! I started with a hot mocha latte. I am a coffee snob and this drink was made to perfection! Absolutely delicious and I didn't want the cup to end! It was the perfect balance of smoothness and warmth and it was sweetened perfectly! For breakfast, I decided to get the mushroom toast and it was amazing! I was skeptical about the ricotta addition but it was spread on the toast like butter, very plentiful and tasty! That along with the other ingredients used made it taste exceptional! Perfect price point too! I was more than satisfied! Last but not least the service by host staff and waiters was top tier. Very attentive and lots of smiles! They genuinely seemed happy to have me and treated me like a guest in their home. I genuinely can't wait to come back and try everything on the menu! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Hello everybody and hard to believe that I have been coming to this traditional Jewish Deli for…read moreyears now and never written a review but here goes as I can tell you that they really deserve it. Lots of Lox Deli in my opinion is a jewel located in the South Dade area of Miami, nestled in the Pinecrest / Palmetto Bay area. Truth be told there are not many traditional Jewish deli's left in South Dade so we are very lucky to have them. This is a family owned business that has been turning out great New York style sandwiches and deli items for many years. You all know how much I love local businesses and we really need to support great local businesses as much as possible. One particular item they have on the menu which is not found in many places is their deli style Tongue Sandwich. Yes I know it sounds weird but it is absolutely delicious and very hard to find. Most of their food items such as their soups and slaws are for the most part home made on premises which means they are always fresh. The service and atmosphere as you can imagine is true to form, a little noisy with everyone talking and enjoying their food and the servers really do a great job of getting things going for you as quickly as possible. On this occasion, I ordered the vegetable soup and the hot pastrami sandwich, piled high with awesome pastrami. As expected, it was excellent and very fresh. Outside of the menu, make sure to checkout the specials on the white board on the main wall, as they always have some items that are not on the menu on that board. Parking should not be a problem as they are located in a strip mall on US1 and their tends to be plenty available; however, they do get busy on weekends and lunch time so plan accordingly. Overall, Lots of Lox really does an amazing job and I if you like traditional deli style food I am sure you will too. Wishing you all a great deli experience! Enjoy and Bon Appétit mes amis!

If you love bagels, love quality nova, love a great platter, love those pickles and cole slaw (best…read morein town!), fresh roasted coffee and love great service in a comfy setting, then Roasters N' Toaster is the only deli for you in South Florida. I've been coming to the Roasters original Pinecrest location for 26 years. And for most of those Ivan has been working Sunday mornings! Their bagels are always on point, which I usually request to be scooped and toasted (my technique is cream cheese first, then whitefish salad inside the scoop) and come in all the good flavors, but none of the not a bagel flavors. Their nova comes in multiple grades (regular and Acme(tm)) which is sliced by Florida's top professional "nova slayer" in such a way that it is just better than the best you'll have anywhere else. Their whitefish salad is the most classic and perfectly prepared I have had anywhere. The original Roasters is the only NY Deli in Miami that always lives up to the name.
