When you enter the tasting room, everything is decorated with aviation items. It is super cute inside. Bathroom was clean. Service was great and staff was very friendly. The wine was terrific! We enjoyed tasting dry whites and reds and were extremely happy with all the wine. The reds were especially smooth and delicious. We also walked around outside a little before we left. There are vineyards and a large pond. You are able to get married here and there is another building to use for a reception. Definitely pay them a visit and try their wine. It's worth the drive!

I had reserved a tour for 3 (I highly recommend that you do the tour and if you choose to do a tour that you make reservations in advance as they sell out) and initially I did 2 with bottle fills and one tour. The tours come with a ticket for a drink so that was a nice little extra. As the tour started Ryan & Diego (our fabulous guides) gave us some history of how the company started and as well as the process of how the vodka is made. We got to mix our bottle (as we got the lemon) and fill our bottles. We also got to put the caps on the bottle and see how the line works. At the end of the tour, we also got to taste some vodka. After the tour we decided to go get our drinks and the staff inside were just as kind as the staff taking us on the tour. There are so many drink options that I wasn't sure what I wanted as they have so many flavored vodkas. I was told I could sample the vodkas which I was grateful for as it helped me make a decision. My cousin got the raspberry cobbler and the Bloody Mary - the raspberry was sweet but good and I don't like bloody Mary's but I'd drink this one! I got the blueberry lemon, the prickly pear and the front porch . . . All were good to me. When we were there they had some guys playing music inside which was a little loud but sitting on the porch, it was nice to hear. They also had a pizza food truck outside and my cousin said the pizza was really good. If I could make a suggestion to the establishment I would ask them to PLEASE sell flights! Foster. Our ragtag racing team included Bruce and Trudy's sons, Rob and Greg + a rotating volunteer from our home church, Trinity Presbyterian Church in Denton. Apparently, from certain times of the year, the sailing vessels known as Valiant Yachts produces various forms of sailing vessels, which are often shipped to every place in the world. I worked on the foredeck, raising the colorful and elegant spinnakers for sailing quite fast pointing down wind. I love the local scene of rural communities in the north Texas and Oklahoma region and the culture of our farmers and ranchers who cultivate their cash crops and send to the local markets in Denton, Dallas, Fort Worth and mid-cities. They have really nice nearby cabins along the peninsula where we stayed. There's a lot to do for the entire family, trail running, hiking, fishing etc. Plus it is a short drive up north offering the "we are not in DFW" vibe. It is worth checking out for sure!
