The Korean recipe for Beef ribs is the best ever and whenever I dine Korean I order ribs if they are on the menu, if you like ribs you must check it out. Manna also offer a delicious deep fried chicken dish as well. If you want the full Korean experience though, Manna offer Korean Liquor as well as a small selection of reasonably priced Australian wine and beers. Go get the ribs, you won't be disappointed.

I had to chase them repeatedly and they did their best to avoid answering questions and to give me the run-around. In the end they wasted a lot of my time and I had to insist on a partial refund. The products they sell are available at plenty of other stores and with better customer service. I won't shop here again and can't recommend them to anyone.

Hard to believe I haven't reviewed this place, but it's just as hard to believe that I've been coming here for well over 10 years, and I'm glad to share that the quality hasn't dropped one bit over the years. Their bibim bowl is 100% authentic and one of the very best I've ever had, and they sure know how to handle their katsu because it's crispy tender perfection. Side dishes are interesting and plentiful, and the service button on each table is an awesome bonus. The ambience is another level here, because it's usually packed for dinner service with waiting list, and it always adds to the dining experience seeing the staff practically jog between hallways to keep the place running amongst the bustle. I would totally come here every week, except that I've moved thousands of miles away. I hope they stay open for a long, long time.

It isn't the cleanest place, it's just a straight up Korean restaurant...but not so Korean that they have K-Pop blasting on the radio or on TVs (they don't have TVs.) They were playing some pretty recent hip hop, so that was good. I ordered the Taejiku Galbijim (sp?)- I don't remember the full name because it isn't anglicised well and I cbf. It was goooooooood. The meat was juicy and tender and the sweet soy soup it was in wasn't too sweet and wasn't too salty. Portions are a decent size as well, and the food came fast. One of the benefits to this place is that they serve FREE RICE with your order. For some reason, Asian places in Sydney always charge for rice...this place gets a +1 for giving you rice with your order. However, the side dishes that come before the mains and entrées are sorely lacking here. Some kimchee, some tofu, and some bean sprouts mainly. -1 for that. Both Gina and our less fashion forward homeboy ordered Soondubu. I didn't try any but they didn't seem too impressed...so maybe avoid that dish. We also ordered some fried chicken; I've had their fried chicken before since I went on a bender last year for 5 days straight where I ate fried chicken for dinner in search of a Bonchon/Bonchon substitute. (Note: THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE!!!!) This place does fried chicken way different than Bonchon, and way different than normal fried chicken. The skin is crispy and flaky; not a texture I'm accustomed to for fried chicken, and it comes with a tartare dipping sauce. You can opt for 3 pieces for $7 or 8 pieces for $18 in for spicy or soy flavouring...also not the cheapest. I had passed by Min Sok Chon countless times before. As it has always been packed with people, I had to try it - so, in we went. Sadly, only 2 stars - for the soondubu, that is. Please know this review is purely off that. When it comes to Korean food, soondubu (Korean tofu) is my absolute favorite dish! I love the spicy, soft, tofu soup served bubbling hot SO much, that I'd say I'm quite a soondubu connoisseur. For Min Sok Chon, this was definitely an area of development. Ambiance: -Pretty basic place - no frills -Narrow entry way that opens up to a pretty big restaurant area -Finding the bathroom via a hallway and alley was dodgy to the max. If you need to go, go before you come here...definitely Asia authentic. Food: -First off, the soondubu is a bit hard to find on the menu - but it is there. There are only two kinds - pork and seafood. I picked the pork. -Though the tofu had pretty good consistency, the soup and taste was strangely sweet - too sweet for my liking -They did throw in a fresh egg though - that was nice. -Side dishes - we got only 3-4 of them. Disappointing. -Fried chicken - not bad actually. Juicy morsels with good, crunchy skin. Not the Bonchon chicken I was expecting though. -Hite beer - a bit underwhelming when you're expecting a chilled bottle. Le sigh. Service: -It's a typical Korean place - you've gotta flag them down. Otherwise, food comes rather fast. MEH.
