They ripped all the screens on our windows, ripped our internet hardline out of the wall costing us $200 to get the company to come out and reinstall it. You can see the screws used to secure siding from the street. Left materials thrown about the yard, The project manager Mathew should be flipping burgers in a sleazy diner .... It's going to cost us 3 times the contract amount to fix their work... folks run in the opposite direction...

Sent one guy down to repair it but I still had leaks. Called him back several more times, and eventually he told me that he no longer works for them and gave me Devon's number. I called him about my problems and was told it will be taken care of. Months and months went by, called Devon and the company so much that they quit answering and block my number. Drove 100 miles to the company and talked face to face to them and was promised that they will fix my roof. Months and months went by and still nothing. Hired a lawyer to try to get something done. This cost me more money and was told it would cost a lot more to go to court. This company ruined my roof and I recommend that anyone to look elsewhere for roof repair. I give them no stars.

We've worked with two other roofing contractors in the Omaha area that completed the work within a reasonable timeframe. However, their teams left a lot of debris for us to clean up. We had bats get into our attic on both occasions. For our third new roof project, we decided to go with Siefken Contracting. Jared was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The only headache we had to endure was our insurance company fighting tooth and nail to not provide coverage. Jared and his team fought for us and communicated well. We have since moved to a new home and had to replace the roof again - lucky us. We went with Siefken for a second time. We had another great experience with their team. We're currently having Siefken replace the windows in our home. This is our first time using them outside of roofing, and their team has been great to work with once again. I can't sing their praises enough and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Omaha area.

We called the builder who stated "with as much rain as we have gotten a small leak is nothing to worry about." Well that leak turned into bowls filled with water and ceiling damage. Suddenly, getting a hold of our builder was a god-awful task. Five months ago, they said they would make time to check it out, but nothing was really solved; and our cameras didn't show anyone coming to look at it. I immediately left a message for Russ and received a reply within two hours which was rather refreshing. Saturday afternoon Russ arrived at my home and upon inspecting the roof, provided me several options from repair to replacement. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but as we drilled down into the requirements for a new roof, Russ offered me several options that would meet my needs but reduce the overall investment required to replace the roof. I was sold. The Best Roofing team arrived at 8:00 am this past Monday morning and finished the job by early Thursday. Turns out that should have been my first red flag. The second was when he gave me an estimate at our first meeting and then he called back and said he made a mistake and gave me another estimate almost $500 more than the first quote. The next time we talked it was another $200 more. But his estimate was middle of the road as I had gotten cheaper ones and more expensive ones so I went with them. It took Jake 3 days for what should have been a one day job. The first day, he just removed the wooden walkway to make way for the concrete to be poured. The second day, he ran out of concrete before he was a third of the way done and it was only an inch and a half to 2 inches deep. Standard is 3-4 inches deep as I understand it. It's also 2 different colors from the two different days' work and it's not level. He insists it is, but I'll need to wait for rain to see if the water pools in the middle of the walkway. He also dumped a pile of dirt onto the landscaping rocks and was just going to "rinse it down into the rocks". I put my foot down on that and insisted that he remove the dirt as it would be easy for weeds to take root in the dirt (there was fabric under the rocks to stop that.) He was also careless in removing the wooden walkway as he broke a panel off the door of my wooden fence. He said he would fix it but hasn't yet and won't return my texts or phone calls. While he was cheaper than many I got estimates from, I would have gladly paid more for a job done properly and did no damage to my property. I definitely would not recommend The Best Caulking and Restoration of Omaha for any kind of work. They are neither professional nor reliable.
