Choice Granite installed all new cabinets, counter tops, backsplash, sink, mounted microwave and new faucets.

Greg and his team at Choice Granite did a great job on our kitchen! We had a relatively small job, but they came in on budget and on time. And the quality of the work was top notch. Would certainly recommend!

I worked with Greg and Joe on my remodeling. They designed, supplied and installed my kitchen cabinets, counter top and other cabinets. I made decision to go with Greg instead my general contractor's recommendations. I chose prefab cabinets that offers very reasonable price over custom cabinets. Greg and Joe designed the cabinets best fits my kitchen design and my expectations. I am happy with the results. The installation went very smooth. They are ever efficient. I highly recommend to work with Choice Granite!

We got quartz countertops installed by Choice Granite. Nancy was super helpful at the store, and Greg got the job done with the quickness. When the remodel becomes a neverending nightmare, companies like this are a breath of fresh air. I would definitely use them again.

No undermount clips which were supplied with sink.

Edit; Greg reached out to me. And while i don't agree with his response I appreciate him wanting to make good. Alas it was too late. And sad that it has to take a negative review to get a timely response. Either way I've upped my rating from two to three stars. At the end of the day the counter's look good and they aren't bad people. The Bad; 1. Poor customer service. I contacted both the owner and installer several times and either got a response a week later or never at all. The last time I contacted to rectify installation issues three days in a row, both by text and phone call. No response. 2. Both counter tops were installed it to specifications. Shortcuts were taken. They didn't use undermount clips provided by manufacturer on either sink. This has become an issue as one sink needs to be replaced (broken, not by them) but Choice granite mounted from the top so the sink can't be removed without removing the countertop. And seeing they won't return our calls we're forced to hire someone else. 3. Upon inspection one of the mitre's was done poorly (this was later rectified with some cosmetic application). 4. Minor chipping on the underside corner of one countertop. The good; We liked the price, liked that they did the install on site, and the countertops look great. The installers were really nice, polite, quite, and efficient. Points 3. and 4. most people wouldn't pick up, we're craftsman, and take pride in our work, so we notice the little things. Points 1. and 2. in our view are unacceptable. They were very responsive when it came to getting their money, not at all when handling their mistakes.

After sales service was great, wide selection in the show rooms, helped us pick out and compare options for our countertops and backsplash in kitchen, all competitively priced even compared to the big box stores. Good communication across the whole process, was available on text anytime to answer questions and give advice. Well worth your time to get in touch with Greg and the team.

Overall: five stars for installers but zero stars for non-branded quartz Positives: Greg is extremely responsive, good prices, and installers were great! Negatives: Paid an extra $400 for the brightest white granite counter tops they offered for my kitchen which was four slabs. The slabs had significant variation in color so the seams were obvious (photo below - maybe I am overly anal) even though the install was perfect. When I pointed it out to the installers, they shrugged their shoulders and said to talk to Greg. Greg's response was that is normal, but he didn't even request to see a picture or come out to take a look as I suspect the installers informed him. He offered me to do a bathroom counter top at cost. No thank you. Beyond the color variation, the quartz is susceptible to marks/staining like no other I have seen before. I have had white quartz in prior kitchens and have it currently in my four bathrooms. This has proved to be the biggest issue and why I will replace the countertops with a branded quartz in the near future. I think if you go with one of their branded quartz options it should be a good experience.

We chose Choice Granite for our kitchen countertop quartz and installation. Choice Granite was the only place out of many that we reached out to that had 120" quartz slabs. Everywhere else we checked ranged from 100"-110". With that being said, they had great options and were even cheaper than the other places we checked that sold smaller slabs! Greg was also incredibly helpful every step of the way. After we ordered the slab, Greg notified us that there was a minor flaw in the slab and asked if we wanted to pick another option, which I thought was very kind and professional of him to do, even though we declined that offer. For the labor piece of installing the countertops, the workers were quick and efficient. For $600, they complete the installation on site. If noise is an issue, for $100 more you can have them come out and make all necessary measurements and cut the slab off site. The only issue I had with the labor piece was that we ordered a square mitered edge, but the workers initially stated that they "forgot" the necessary tools to create the mitered cut and asked if it would be okay to just glue the overhang on. After 10 minutes of going back and forth about it, they decided to double check their trunk and found the necessary tool. I think they were trying to save themselves from some extra work. Despite that little obstacle, I am very happy with how it turned out!

As a true Libra, I struggled with deciding whether to simply replace the countertops or completely remodel the kitchen with new cabinets. I initially chose to replace just the countertops, but at the eleventh hour - literally the morning of demolition and installation - I changed my mind and decided to remodel the entire kitchen instead. Juan was incredibly accommodating, worked with my last-minute change, and somehow made it happen. We ended up with a completely new kitchen (pantry + quartz countertops / backsplash) within just two weeks. A huge thank-you to Juan (and my husband, lol) for their patience throughout my indecisiveness. Juan, along with installers Alex, Johnny, and Lee, worked efficiently and professionally to get everything done. The team was responsive and hardworking and I'm thrilled with how the new kitchen turned out and have no regrets.

We then recently decided to use the same tile for an adjoining room. My wife brought in an extra 24x24 piece of the tile from the deck project and asked if we could order more. My wife told Roberto that we had purchased the tile several years ago and asked if he could identify it. After examining the tile, Roberto told my wife the tile was Tailormade Grigio, and that it was discontinued. He then (in front of my wife) called the vendor and determined that they still had some leftover stock on hand. We then had our contractor order the tile through Roberto. Our contractor was supposed to pick up the tile at Granite Center a couple weeks later, but every time he called, the tile was not in yet. Eventually, and as the delays were stalling our project, our contractor agreed to pay a $150 delivery fee to have Roberto's people fetch the tile from Roberto's vendor in Compton. The delivery was five hours late, and when it arrived, it was the wrong tile!! Wrong thickness and wrong color. I immediately called Roberto and he lamely said it was just a normal variation between lots. After I sent Roberto a picture, he admitted that we had received the wrong tile for our project. He told me that we should have ordered Tailormade Negro. However, Instead of apologizing for his error (mistakenly misidentifying the tile my wife had originally brought in), Roberto blamed my wife. He said that my wife had come in with a "sample board" for the Grigio and asked if he had more. When I told Roberto that we had no sample board, just a piece of unmarked tile, he said that she must have brought in "a picture of the sample board." (She did not.) Roberto told us that he would charge us a 25% restocking fee to correct the error and that we would have to pay another $150 delivery fee to have him deliver the correct tile. I eventually loaded the 400lbs of Grigio tile into my car trunk and (looking like a low rider) drove it to Compton, where Roberto's vendor very courteously made the exchange for the Negro with no "restocking fee" or any other charges. After making the exchange, I asked Roberto to refund the $150 delivery fee that he charged us for delivering the wrong tile- as I ended up doing the delivery. He refused, and instead once again blamed his error on my wife. Really a shameful way to run a business. Mistakes can happen, but when they do, you own up, apologize, and you make it right. You don't try to make additional money from the mistake, and you don't make up a story to blame your customer.
