After getting multiple estimates for our kitchen/bathroom project, we stumbled onto Cabinet Pros. My wife and I visited the showroom where we were fortunate enough to be assisted by the owner, Antonio. He educated us regarding the different materials and different options for our project. Liking what we were hearing, we agreed to allow Antonio to send someone to our home to take measurements and give a quote the very next day. Steve was the associate who came to our home to take measurements and quote us for the project. Steve was not just a salesman, but he is a woodworker by trade. He was personable but not pushy. Very knowledgeable. This was much different than the other well known cabinet stores that give you the typical 'sales pitch' with PowerPoint and all. Steve was very easy to work with. We got more estimates but ultimately came back to Cabinet Pros. Their price wasn't the cheapest but it was by far the best deal for what we were getting. In short, we got all new high quality custom built cabinets for less than what the big box stores and big kitchen cabinet retailers were charging for REFACING! After signing the contract, work got underway about 12 weeks later as promised. We gave a deadline that we needed the work done by and we were given an estimate for it to be done about 1 week before our deadline since we had a party planned at our home. Welp it was 'almost' done literally the day before the party. We cut it close and a few details needed to be completed afterwards but all in all they came through. There were a couple of mishaps and miscommunications along the way...And a few aesthetic flaws that we noticed. Going into a project like this we expected some hiccups. But the most important factor was that for each and every issue, Cabinet Pros took care of it. Antonio came out himself to address some of the issues and took care of them right away no questions asked. Absolutely above and beyond!! Last year we hired and fired a "contractor" and were left with no kitchen and gutted out walls and flooring. It's been almost a year since we finished renovations on the house and we are still extremely happy with our renovations. After buying our house and shopping around, we settled on working with Antonio and The Cabinet Pros. They were actually on the cheaper end of our estimates ($135k) for our kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom, floors, and paint. We gave Antonio 5 months for his team to finish everything, and they finished right on time. I had a good impression of Antonio from the beginning, he doesn't seem like the typical business person, he felt like a straight-shooter, and he was always nice and good at calling me back. We got an itemized breakdown of the cost early on. This was helpful because we ended up adding about 30k of work on top of that. It also makes it clear up front what's expected, so you don't get any hidden cost and you don't have any work left undone. I'm really happy with the work. I've looked at several our friends houses and I think our house has the best work. I was especially happy with Ivan, who did our tile work. It's important to me that everything lines up and there's no pieces that stick out visually and physically. I appreciate that we were able to move in on time. Antonio let us know that there would be a 2-month timeframe for getting the cabinets made before they could get started. Nothing happened for those first two months, then demo took about 2 days, water and electricity happened shortly after, and they moved really fast for those last 2 months. It's important that you've made alll your minor decisions before then (tiles, flooring, paint colors, hardware, because it comes up fast). Antonio was professional the whole time. He gave me a heads up for when he expected work to be done. The workers left the place clean while they worked. I did have an issue with the subcontractors. Sometimes there seemed to be miscommunication between the subcontracts and Antonio, like who was responsible for what work. There's also a guarantee. I recommend getting the durable cabinets. We've had paint come off the painted cabinets under the sink, but the painters came back and painted it. They've also fixed a bubble in our floors. read more

Wow, Wow, Wow. I've been wanting to update our home for a very long time. Our "before" set up was quite dark and outdated and was in desperate need of a revamp. The Cabinet Pros are a godsend. After having not only this company come to the house for new cabinets for a quote but many others I decided on this company after reading so many great reviews. I also really liked the salesperson "Valerie". "Antonio" the owner and "Milca" started the ball rolling with measurements at my home. "Antonio" rearranged the cabinets to utilize the configuration in the best way I could imagine. Very esthetically pleasing. "Milca" takes over with great leadership skills and situates scheduling of each aspect of the kitchen with the utmost of care. A very sweet lady. This review is long overdue, but I really wanted to wait until absolutely everything was finished and we had a chance to use the new kitchen for a couple of months. First, the cost. Exceptional! It was actually cheaper to redo the entire kitchen with the Cabinet Pros than to reface everything with a different company. And it was completely custom. Now, they would have done a reface, but for only 20% more, we did the complete remodel. Either way, I felt it was a bargain. And for the same price, we were allowed to choose ANY material for the countertops and hard wood cabinetry. Regarding quality, also exceptional. Well made and properly installed cabinetry with high end hardware and no up charge for pull out shelving and drawers. The specialty items (lazy Susan corner unit, under sink pull out, trash pull out drawer) were good quality and very reasonable (actually cheap). The cabinets and countertops were installed very well, with everything level and square. Work ethic also very good. All workers wore masks. Plastic sheeting was installed to minimize dust in the house. They cleaned up every day. They kept to their schedule (for the most part, I mean, they're contractors so some delays are inevitable, but all delays were communicated to us, so no problem). Given the need to coordinate the demolishers, plumber, electrician, designer, and installers (cabinet, appliance, tile (backsplash), and countertops), we were very pleased. Communication was great. The craftsman and professionalism from the entire team is outstanding from the receptionist, designer, the various trades personnel were and are outstanding. Two years post the completion of the project we needed to have one of the island's sink fixed as it somehow fell into the cabinets. I called the company and I was treated with professionalism, was scheduled swiftly; a team of craft persons came out and successfully fixed the sink promptly. For our first phase of our house remodel, we hired a company with many 5 star reviews, but after everything was done, we were less than thrilled wIth the outcome. Our first mistake was not investing in custom cabinets. We were told it would have cost us 3x more to have a fully custom built kitchen. Wrong. So for our second (smaller) phase of our house remodel, we needed our laundry room to be completely re done as well as adding some new cabinets. I knew I didn't want to go with a company who had many 5 star reviews because I learned that that doesn't necessarily equate to quality work. I found Cabinet Pros on yelp and while they did have only 5 star reviews, they seemed new(er) as I don't remember seeing their company around when we did our first phase. Once I met with Antonio, I learned that Cabinet Pros only does custom work. Meaning, everything is made specifically for your project measurements. I interviewed a few other companies after and the prices seemed comparable for other custom cabInet work but in the end, I took a chance and chose to go with Cabinet Pros. Once we settled on a price (fairly reasonable for custom work), Antonio drew up the plans and sent it over for me to approve the drawings. Something I didn't get to do with our last company. He sent his crew out soon after we finalized everything, and every team or person that came over was very reliable, friendly, on time, and most important, did great work. The work we needed wasn't complicated, but I felt like every crew took their time and made sure everything was even, straight, and done correctly. Communication was key, and Antonio and his office assistant were always in constant communication with me to make sure i was ok with every step of the way. My last construction crew assumed a lot of the decision making for me which turned out to be a nightmare in so many instances. My husband and I are thrilled with the end result. I wish we had some "before" photos to show the difference but these pictures speak for themselves. We will definitely hire cabinet pros for our third and last phase of our remodel (bathrooms). Working with contractors for a house remodel can be a big nightmare, especially since they had to work around our living environment. But there were never any issues that came up and no surprise add on fees at the end. We used Cabinet pros for our entire house! They did our full kitchen, dining room, family room, powder bathroom, master vanities and 3 additional bathrooms as well as a gorgeous bedroom desk area. What initially drew me in was Valerie, who was Super professional and responsive with questions and very detailed with her bid. I appreciated the line item bid as it was very clear what was included. Their costs were reasonable, especially for a true design build job. Antonio really sealed the deal for us when he was able to accommodate a very quick timeline we were on with our home remodel. They worked well around our contractors and it was very seamless. We contacted Antonio back in April/May to discuss the project. He came over and took notes, measurements, etc and we got a quote in about a week. Highly Recommend! Cabinet Pros I'm so impressed with the quality of work, communication, attention to detail, and all around excellent service. Long Version: I had just bought our house and although the kitchen had just been remodeled 4 years ago by the sellers it was just not to my liking. One of the things that made me reluctant to change the kitchen was the quality of the cabinets. Just by feeling them you could tell how well they were made. Unfortunately I couldn't tell who the craftsman was bc there were no stickers or signs that I could find when I opened all the drawers and cabinets. I went to trusty yelp and started looking for custom cabinet makers. I saw that Cabinet Pros had some really good reviews and I could tell they were legit so I made an appointment. Antonio showed up to our appointment on time and was professional and friendly. I started by listing all the things I didn't like: color of cabinets, granite used, placement of sink, dislike of lazy Susan, etc. When I stopped to take a breath he smiled and said "I actually remodeled this kitchen for the sellers" oh wow! It must be a sign I told myself. Antonio and I talked through the things we could change and the process. He was prompt in emailing me back that weekend with a reasonable quote that would allow me to keep my existing cabinets and make the changes I wanted. I had a redesign of my sink to place it middle to the window, changed the range to a cooktop, and added a microwave oven combo. The work took about a month from start to finish. Throughout the entire process Antonio kept me informed and updated. Communication was easy bc I was able to text him too and he ways responded back. The day the work started Freddy and Martin were careful to protect my floors. They were organized as they did the work of removing my cabinets and reinstalling them again a week later with a new configuration. I had opted to paint my cabinets a more modern color grey and the painter Antonio was amazing as well. After I had my countertops installed Freddy came back and literally checked every detail of our kitchen to ensure it was perfect! Wow! We wanted really specific cabinets and things, Antonio (the owner) took his time to draw up accurate pictures that would represent what things will look like - it made us feel very comfortable throughout the process and they delivered exactly what was pictured. The cabinet pros did a beautiful job refacing our cabinets and replacing our backsplash. The doors are great quality and the new backsplash tile makes our kitchen look brand new. Very happy with our new cabinets provided and professionally installed by Cabinet Pros. We had stopped by several cabinet showrooms and they all wanted us to be our own general contractor by managing everything except the cabinet install ourselves. We really wanted a one-stop shop so we found Cabinet Pros. Valerie was our first contact and after the quote we decided very quickly that this is the right company for us. Antonio made very nice 3-D drawings that showed every detail. Arizona Tile provided beautiful quartz. We started 3.5 weeks ago by moving out of our kitchen and set up a make-shift kitchen in our living room. Friday 7/16 was the demolition and removal. Today 8/9 we are 100% complete and are thrilled. All of the techs behaved professionally, did great work and thorough cleanup. I would have any one of them back again without hesitation. Antonio, Valerie, Nelson, Herbert, Kyle, Manuel, Freddy, Daniel and Rey. We really appreciate you all. I cannot remember the names of the quartz counter-top installers but that team worked into the late evening to get ours done cleanly and beautifully. The Home Depot appliances, kitchen faucet and garbage disposal were professionally installed by another team called Installation Pros that were part of the complete package.
