It was more expensive than I expected, and they were out of quite a few paint colors. When we arrived, we were told someone would come help us get started, but no one ever came back. We sat at our table for about 10 minutes waiting, and no one checked on us, so we eventually just got started ourselves. Thankfully, we were with people who had been there before and could answer our questions. I think a little more attention to first-time customers and better customer service would have made the experience much better, especially for the price.

Alicia is very calm, accommodating, and professional -- all the qualities you want in a wedding vender. She listened to what I wanted, yet steered me away from pitfalls. I was set on using a lot of succulents , a non-stand flower, but Alicia had no problem accommodating my request. She was also very thorough in making sure everybody got a bouquet, boutonniere, corsage, etc. In the end, all the bouquets were more beautiful than I could have imagined. I didn't want the standard arrangements that you see so often at funerals and COLs. Liz was exited to create something unique and personal for us. My mom loved Hawaii and loved the Pacific Northwest, so I asked for tropical arrangements, PNW arrangements, and a large display that included both. Liz did that exceedingly well! She even included horsetails with the PNW look, something that is very unique and not typically part of any arrangements that I have seen. I appreciated being able to talk to her on the phone when needed, as well as the quick response I got an emails. On the day of the event, we were short one arrangement, so her team put together an additional arrangement on the spot. The final bill surprised me! I thought we would be paying much more than the final amount turned out to be.

Our ultimate goal was being free to enjoy our wedding and leave the details of the day in trusted hands--and boy did she over-deliver. Britta was prompt and professional in all communications and incredibly receptive to our vision. In our pre-wedding discussions she anticipated all of our concerns and assuaged them with remarkable competence. She organized a meeting at the venue to review our plans and made numerous valuable suggestions for how we could best utilize our space and our time. To ensure a smooth ceremony she facilitated a walk-through with our entire wedding party and key guests and gave all of us (including a first time officiant) the tools and confidence to pull off the ceremony of our dreams. Day of there was little for us to do aside from get married, she took care of every detail and we felt no need to do anything but enjoy the ride. Britta was the first to arrive and coordinated setup and instructions for all our other vendors. At every step she was there orchestrating the ceremony and reception while maintaining her bubbly and affable demeanor. Even in our moment of "crisis" when my wife tripped and scuffed her dress, Britta was there with her emergency kit and made it look like nothing had happened. When our dream wedding was done, she was the last to leave and made sure every vendor was taken care of and packaged and delivered all our keepsakes. We couldn't have done this without her, and can't believe how affordable she was. Your wedding day is supposed to be a celebration, make sure you can enjoy it by leaving the day of to Britta.

Before the wedding, we were able to ask her questions about timelines & general wedding etiquette, and she did a walkthrough of our venue with us the month before to make sure we had everything ironed out. In the week leading up to the wedding, she verified everything with our vendors & made sure everyone was on the same page. The day of the wedding, she was the coolest & calmest presence you could hope for -- all while putting out a million fires that we never had to hear about. When she did need our instruction or approval for something, her questions never felt invasive or stressful. She was somehow on top of everything going on for all the different aspects of the day, without breaking a sweat. We felt so stress-free knowing that if anything came up, Britta could handle it. She also came prepared with an emergency kit, which came in handy for some of our guests with wardrobe malfunctions! Britta was so obviously fantastic at her job that several of our family members commented during the day & afterwards about how great she was, and how they wished they'd had her for their weddings. If you're looking for a day of coordinator, there's truly no one better than Britta!
