She is obese and has one leg due to diabetes complications and had to try to sit on her walker but ended up falling. The fire department had to come assist her getting into bed. She called this place on Friday but they left at noon and said there was nothing they could do until Monday and they only have TWO loaners! So she has no way to move around. Deli: The deli is absolutely useless. They only fix a tray…read moreof food, whether entre or sides to complete about 10 plates. They do not fix anymore until that tray is empty, so most of the time you have to wait 10 to 20 minutes, or more, to get your choices. Especially true on the lunch specials. There is a much more efficient way to serve your customers a hot fresh meal, without making them wait. This is a product and time management issue. United, either get it right or shut it down, but please stop wasting your customers precious time.
