Love, love, love this place. I have been a customer for a long time; I never tried spa pedicure, until today. OMG, the foot massage coupled with the tingling massage cream left my legs and feet in utopia. As if the lengthy massage was not enough, the technician proceeded with a hot wax heel treatment. I was so relaxed!! The technician made sure I was comfortable, gave me hot tea, and ended the experience with a shoulder massage. I am a cosmetologist of 10years. I am aware of what the correct policies and procedures for sanitation are according to the Colorado department of regulatory agencies. I witnessed tools being used on one person, put into a plastic box with other tools in it and then moved to me. The nail tech tried to use these tools on me and I stopped her and told her she didn't sanitize those tools. And she said "ohhh sorry, people don't normally care." I politely asked her to get clean tools and she said she had clean tools in the same plastic box. I declined and told them I'd rather leave than have dirty tools used on me. When I told the owner about the issue she literally laughed and told me that I owe them $15 dollars. I paid and informed them that their sanitation practices aren't up to par. The owner once again laughed and shooed me out their door. I will never return, and I will be reporting them to the state board. read more

I've been to Choice Nails a few times and had positive experiences. I had a pedicure recently and I won't return. My nails were cut so short and uneven, a few of them actually hurt. This was not a professional pedicure. Beware. read more

I was so happy when I saw the review's. I went in on Sat for a rebase, I had on nail that had lifted. I told Dana I would pay for a new nail, she said no I can fix it. She glued it and filed it. On Sunday I noticed it was green under the acrylic, I took the nail off. I went in today Tuesday. A different girl put on a new tip and powder. My nail is not smooth at all. My other nails are already lifting in the corners. They give you a 5 min massage at the end of your service. I would rather get a good re-base, over a massage. read more

The staff was friendly, BUT: *my appointment was double-booked/ started 15 late * my tech was Friendly BUT didn't listen to ANY of the things i had asked for *the appointment was VERY rushed through (lasted roughly 25 min) *the end result of my "powder dip" manicure (Which is NOT cheap $40) look HORRIBLE; they are BUBBLED and Ridged / uneven/ none of the edges were sealed/ and are lifting already-- After TWO days.!! --- clean and friendly does not compensate for rushed apt that was already running late/ unskilled in the specific manicure . this was expensive end with a horrible finish. i will NOT return unfortunately. read more

I love this place! I have gone to many different nail salons but have never found one that gives the service for their price. This place is fantastic! I've been going here for almost a year now and can't say enough about it! Only $30 for what you would normally pay $50 for a pedicure: includes hot stone massage, hot towel, scrub, and massage! I always get shellac nails and sometimes designs and have never been disappointed! I recommend to all my friends and family! read more

Nice ladies working there. Both very friendly. Manicure and pedicure were pretty awesome. The one thing that bothered me is the fact that they seemed to reuse the same nail clippers and other tools on different clients. I'm used to seeing the tools be opened from a sterile kit and the ones that she used came out of a box that did not look to clean. I don't know if they clean them after each client or not. However the impression that I got was that they don't. If I knew they actually clean the tools before using them on other clients I would definitely go back. read more

I love this nail salon! The owner and everyone who works here is always so warm and welcoming. I got the spa pedicure and it was one of the best foot massages I've ever had. They took their time and were very diligent. It never takes too long and the product is always nice and clean. I recommend the gel manicure, my nails look beautiful and my hands feel great. These ladies were fabulous! I came into the salon with back pain (I had just seen a chiropractor), and while I was getting a pedicure one of the women asked me about 4 times if my back was feeling alright and if she could get me a pillow. I thought this was very considerate of my comfort. On top of that, the service was great. They were very attentive. I would recommend this nail salon highly. My girlfriend and I were trying to get in for a pedicure but everywhere we wanted to go was fully booked. When we called Choice nails, they were able to get us in within 15 minutes. The pedicure was great. They offer paraffin on your heels for a basic pedicure, as well as a hot stone leg massage. And I understand that I'm preferential about this, but walking in and hearing that they were playing K-Love Christian radio made it that much better for me! I live in the Denver Tech Center, but would absolutely drive to chance nails again! read more

Great place! The girls here are very professional and nice. The modern design with new massage chairs is a huge plus as well. The salon is clean and taken care of, which is apparently hard to find in Aurora (I tried a lot of places around here before I found this place). The prices are in line with every other nail place, but their regular pedicure is amazing and includes super long massage, even a stone massage, and partial paraffin treatment. After you are done, you get to relax in a super comfortable reclining chair to let your nails dry. I really like it here and glad I found my new go to nail place:-) read more

Very nice and clean looking inside. Staff was pleasant and nice. I got a mani/ pedi which took almost 2 hours, $65. The pedi, the lotions and massage part was great. However the painting of my toes wasn't great. I feel I do better. My shellac is ok, they didn't clean my skin around or under my nails from the polish. My tips are uneven and not the whole length of my finger nail. Others seemed pleased of their work and sounded like repeat customers. Guess it depends on who you get. read more

Choice Nails is the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. My appointment was at 12:30 and they put me in a chair and didn't come start my nails until 1 at the earliest. Every person that walked through the door they started, even though they didn't have nearly enough help, which led to myself and 2 others(who also had appointments) being stuck in our chairs for 30+ minutes waiting. The employees were jumping between all of us customers while completing one step at a time and the job was sloppy at best. My pedicure was rushed through and I didn't get to enjoy the hot rock massage because she rubbed it up my legs all of once and put it away. My manicure was even worse. The woman who did my nails didn't put me in a regular chair to do my manicure, even though there were multiple open. She left me at the pedicure chair and put a dirty and stained towel on my lap and the water for my hands was ice cold. To say this job was rushed through is a gross understatement. I paid $50 for regular polish on my hands and toes. WAY overpriced for the service and outcome I received. I am usually easygoing but the service I received here was the most unprofessional I've ever experienced and left me extremely disappointed. I will not be returning. read more

I used to get my nails done here regularly however they have truly gone downhill. Just this week I received the worst pedicure I've ever had. It took about an hour and a half and my pedicure itself lasted 10-15 minutes. My nails were not filed, my cuticles were not cleaned up and the polish job was so incredibly sloppy I had to make her fix and repaint about half my toes. I would not recommend this salon. We went to choice because every other place was booked. We made an appt at 12:30 for two pedicures, a full set, and one manicure. The owner is very friendly, but after just five min into my appt, she sent me off to the pedicure chair after just starting my full set. My nails were long and sharp and unpleasant to do anything with. The woman doing the pedicures stopped my sisters pedicure to start mine ( my sister later told me the water she left her in was cold the entire time ) . We spent at least an hour in the chairs waiting for them to finish our nails. Another woman a couple chairs down had been waiting even longer than us!!! Finally they finished my nails- but she was extremely rushed. They finished my sisters nails and they looked like a child had done them!! She spent $50 on her mani pedi and just wanted to take them off immediately. Mine was $60, and I felt the same about the outcome of the nails. The atmosphere of the salon is nice but they simply don't have enough workers there and they say yes to every single walk in (making the appts wait!!!) .
