At first I liked this place, even though it was extremely pricey. But this place is a bait and switch and they will charge everything under the sun. Last weekend was my second time to the salon and last. Technically I have been 1 time, but I made an appointment for my daughter and myself for Ty. Ty was running about 30 min behind(unacceptable). I told my daughter to get her nails done and I would come back another time since I didn't have all the time in the world. My daughter has gel on her natural nails. He charged her for acrylic, gel, shape and design. I think that is how places are doing it now here in good ole Colorado. The end result was $120 which included tip. To be honest if they want to nickel and dime you, then I will not use my money here. He did a good job at first look. However, he lacks filing around the edges of your nail and if you are going to charge that kind of price you better be ready for some picky people. Their basic pedicure is $40 and it's not worth that. You would be happier having your 5 year old little girl paint your toes. Good luck to this place because their greed is going to bring them down. I have searched high and low for many years for a great nail tech. One that is detailed oriented and skillful. I'm so excited that I can now say I finally found her. I have gotten my nails done everywhere from nail salons, spas and individual nail techs with at home businesses. I was so sick and tired of spending money and not be happy with the results. I finally start doing my own nails. I hated paying over $200 and having paint come off after couple days or having bumps or uneven nails and horrible shaped nails which drives my OCD up the wall. I used to come here often and always tipped generously because I genuinely appreciated the service, especially from Jenny. But this time, I had a very unfortunate experience. I came in for a lash appointment and ended up having a delayed allergic reaction, which required a visit to urgent care to make sure it wasn't an infection. When I returned to have the lashes removed, following my doctor's advice, the technician Sarah was cold and dismissive. I tried to explain what happened and even offered to show my doctor's summary, but she refused to look and told me I should get my body checked instead. After the removal, I felt dizzy, stood up, and fell--and she said nothing. Not even "Are you okay?" It was deeply hurtful. I expected at least basic concern, especially when someone is dealing with a health issue. I'm thankful for Jenny's kindness, as always, but I hope the salon takes this as a reminder that professionalism also includes empathy and basic human care. I never asked for compensation or made any accusations. I simply asked for help. I left the salon in tears -- not because of the allergic reaction, but because of how I was treated when I was vulnerable and in pain. Empathy doesn't cost a thing, but its absence hurts more than any reaction ever could. read more

I went in yesterday for acrylic fill w/shallac polish. the guy was very nice and friendly, I think his name is Danny. the only thing is that my nails aren't polished all the way to the cuticle. they look about a week out from having my nails done. This gem opened a few weeks ago and it is a wonderful addition to the area. I had an appointment with Ty(not sure of the spelling). He took his time and did a great job, paying attention to every detail. He also gave a fabulous massage. He was very personable, too. The salon is very large and beautifully appointed. I love this place! I was looking for the perfect venue for a friend's birthday party.... (we are 50 year olds) and I thought about how Magic Nails is so big and beautiful and has so many pedicure chairs. I called a few days in advance and reserved 8 chairs. when I arrived today, the employees were so helpful! They brought out a little table and table cloth for me to put the party food on. I had brought fancy glasses and party favors and they let me decorate each persons area. The ladies LOVED their Pedi's! Nancy did mine and they look and feel fabulous! Tia was so sweet and patient as I picked out my color for my manicure. She did a great job removing all my dead skin around my nails being careful to only get the dead stuff. She is incredibly talented with the polish- getting smooth even layers right up to the cuticle. i haven't gotten my nails done in so long, & when i went to go i was so excited. i ended up leaving very disappointed to say the least. i never have had a service done so poorly in my life. for starters, during filing i was cut two times on two different fingers. when i had pulled away the first time, the lady had gave me attitude as if i did something wrong! than she did it a second time on my middle finger. than when painting my nails she had done it so sloppy, there was no consideration to clean up not only my nail, but my skin as well. also my right thumb looks so crooked & when i mentioned it, she made it seem like that was just my thumb rather than doing something about it.. ive never had that issue before so it definitely had me upset. all in all its just definitely not a place i ever want to go back too, or would ever recommend to anyone based off my experience. i will say it seemed like everyone was genuinely sweet, & maybe i just the lady who did mine had an off day, but regardless if im being asked to pay for a $90 service, i definitely expect a $90 outcome.. even the lady who checked me out looked at my nails & said immediately "let's get you 20% off", so it's obvious my nails were so lazily done. read more

Absolutely thrilled with my lash experience! Jenny is the best lash artist I've ever had! Which says a lot since I used to work at a lash studio. I've had my lashes done by over 40 artists over the years and have never found anyone that does as pretty work as Jenny! Her attention to detail is impeccable. My lashes look stunning every time! I get them filled every 3 weeks and they still look beautiful when I go in for my fill! She's also super fast! I'm usually out in 45 minutes!
