Having come here twice it's a nail salon we will be coming back to. The space is clean with 6-8 spa chairs along with several spaces for nails and drying area. Both my wife and I chose the basic pedicures as they do include a leg and back massage as standard. The owner was my technician. She was very friendly and cares about customer satisfaction. The only thing I would have liked to know is the extra price for callus removal. What started as a regular $40 pedicure became $55 with $15 upcharge. The menu says additional $5+ so I was surprised it was triple that. For $60 the next level of pedicure includes the intense callus removal along with many other things. I'll know now for my next visit. They do take credit card but cash tips are preferred. Their lot is shared with other businesses. It was not busy either time we have come. It's a typical salon where you leave unsatisfied. I got a rushed, mediocre pedicure and manicure. Seems like they don't like it when you want a regular Pedi and Mani. They try to convince you to get gel or add designs. In addition, the gossip between them is extremely annoying, and you can't relax. I don't recommend this place. I just relocated here from Los Angeles (where nail salons are incredibly competitive) and even with my past experiences, this place is literally the worst. I went in yesterday for a scheduled appointment, only to see them prioritize some idiotic high-maintenance women and her granddaughter who were walk-ins. They had me sit in a chair soaking my nails for a full 45 minutes until the owner finally came over after she had completely finished the high-maintenance woman's pedicure and got to starting my manicure. I had them do a dip manicure because I like to avoid the UV light, but then this stupid woman put clear gel on the top of these nails and made me put it under there anyways (I was so mad at this point) To top is all off... she gave me a HORRIBLE shoulder massage, and I believe now messed up a nerve in my neck. If it gets worse, I will consider legal action. Please don't waste your time and money going here. There are plenty of nail salons that can do exactly what these people do with nails. This place is amazing! The salon is extremely clean and well kept which is a great feeling to have during a pandemic. The ladies here are attentive and always give great customer service anytime I walk in. They have a wide range of polishes and services for nails here. My go to gal is Angela who is always making my nails and toes look beautiful. She is great at the massage and cuticle portion of the services which is one thing I'm very picky on. Horrible establishment. I used to come here frequently years ago and they have gone extremely downhill. they did the sloppiest job on my pedicure that I had to ask for the nails to be repainted. I also asked for a normal, most basic pedicure. I got a regular manicure with no polish. At checkout they have the nerve to say the total is $65.00 - for a regular pedicure and manicure. I inquired and they explained I got a massage with my pedicure and therefore it was an additional $15 - I never asked for this! they insisted that I asked for a regular pedicure and not an "express" and regular is actually not their most basic pedicure. Meanwhile the tech never clarified this and there is no sign with their services and fees. This is a sorry excuse for a nail salon, they only care about pumping customers in and out as quickly as possible while ripping you off wherever they can. My nails look horrible and they never tried to apologize or make it right for the miscommunication on their side much less the sloppy job. A decent business would have apologized and not charged me for a service I never requested. Pathetic and unprofessional. read more

I was in the area and stopped by Perry Nails looking to get a full set. I haven't had my nails done in awhile so there's a ton of new services I'm just not knowledgeable on. The salon was empty when I walked in. I was greeted by two smiling ladies and was shown their list of services. I didn't see acrylic full set listed so I asked and a lady told me they do not offer this service. I was rather disappointed that throughout my asking they couldn't tell me of anything comparable to what I was looking for. I settled on a gel manicure. I knew I wanted a design. Joyce is the lady who did my manicure, she was nice and was gentle with my cuticles. I asked for a bit of a design. A negative space triangle at the bottom. I was up charged $10 for this design. The manicure came out ok, the sides of the polish are a little jagged and have spots missing. I most likely will not be back since it is so far and doesn't off what I am looking for. When you move to a new area, significantly far from where you used to live, you have the daunting task of finding new places to replace the old ones that you used to visit. with my girlfriend they need of a manicure and me a pedicure, she set out onto Yelp to find a nail salon close to our place. Perry had good reviews so why not? Yet again, Yelp delivers! We made an appointment and upon arrival did the normal picking of colors. A few minutes later we were escorted to the areas to have our services done. Everyone in the salon was very attentive and sweet. Some of the ladies had a hard time with English but they tried to communicate the best they could and didn't mind my asking to repeat things sometimes. I asked for the regular pedicure, $35, but they ended up doing the higher price pedicure for $50, which included parrafin. I just went with it and was glad I did. This may be the best pedicure I've received! My girlfriend was extremely happy with her manicure so on the first shot, Yelp nailed it! What a horrible experience. 85.00 for a mani/pedi and my 5 year old daughter does a better job. My friend and I went in and they did Nothing! Never soaked our nails for the manicure. Can't say I will go back. I got a pedicure and a lip wax and found that their pedicures and services are $5-10 more than comparable salons nearby. Also with my lip wax I thought it was a little odd - she didn't wax all the way across like most places thus not getting everything. Pedicure was great but when I asked for no exfoliation scrub on my shins it seems like there was some confusion and miscommunication. I think the lady was confused so she asked me at least 5 times why I didn't want the scrub on my shins - just kept giving the same answer - A. It doesn't feel good to me since it's just skin on bone and for the same reason there's nothing to exfoliate since it's just skin and bone. It was a little frustrating to keep getting asked repeatedly why I didn't want it. I normally ask for the scrub just on my feet at other salons too and it's never been an issue before. read more

WORST PLACE EVER. I am not one to waste my time and write a review and say bad things about a business, but this place tools the fucking cake. The staff is fairly nice, but their worst SUCKS. I went there last week with my sister(we just moved to Denver and were trying new places) and I did my eyebrows and a gel mani. My eyebrows are horrible! There was so many hairs left and she didn't even clean the top.. which I specially said please clean the top. As for the mani, I asked for 3 simple horizontal lines and she took forever to draw them, the lines are extremely crooked and so ridiculously drawn on, it looks like a 3 year old did them. Not only did the lines come one horrible but they charged me an extra $10... my sister had her mani pedi done and her toe nails are so badly painted I could've done a better job. She also had tips on her nails and they ALREADY BROKE. it hasn't even been a week yet. AND to top it all off, my sister went back to fix her nails and NO ONE has greeted her o asked her why she's there, yeah I get it you're busy but acknowledge your clients. I went in to get some acrylic nails taken off that I had gotten done at another nail salon. They took their time and even tho it took over an hour, they got it done! They also took care of my bored 8 yo who needed fingernail polish taken off and they cut a filed his nails too. He felt very special. We made an appointment for 2 mani pedis at 10:30 am. The appointment took forever!!! My car was over at Firestone getting an oil change and then I got a car wash done.
