I was told it would take about 15 minutes, so I decided I had plenty of time since I have an hour brake. First there's no one at the front desk so I had to call the number posted at the desk. Then I'm seen by someone who clearly does not know what she is doing because the whole time she is texting someone and eventually calls someone to ask how to print the paper. After a while she has someone else print it out for her then she starts to notarise the paper then text someone to see if she did it right and calling them again now talking in Spanish so I don't know what she says but it's clear that she is asking how to fill it out. I pay 21$ for it with my card then I leave. As soon as I get to my car she calls me saying it was done wrong and has to be reprinted and signed. All of that took 1 hour and I'm still waiting for it in the waiting room not even in her office! It has now been 15 minutes waiting! I need to get back to work my boss has already called looking for me! This is insane!

He looked at it and told me about an easy fix to try first that wouldn't cost me anything, I thanks him and went on my way to try it out. No charge. So the easy fix didn't correct the problem. No big deal. I'm not out any money and hardly any effort. I go back. He looks at it, checks the warehouse inventory and explains that, he *could* open it up, check some things and maybe do a repair, *but* it would cost $100-200 most places. Instead, because my phone is out of date and an odd model, getting any parts for it would take a long time and be relatively expensive. IOW, it would cost about what the several-years-old phone is worth. He suggested I just get a new phone. Two visits. Two answers which helped me but did not make any money for his store. No charge either time. THIS is customer service worth supporting. Next time I have a problem with any of the phones in our house, JJ's is the first place I will be going to. You can count on it.

Siri works, but my phone doesn't respond. I can't login to my university accounts, use maps, or get into my student housing without Face ID or two-factor authentication. I literally am stuck. He is unprofessional, rude, dishonest, and makes cheap products that do not work. Go literally ANYWHERE else!
