The only reason I removed a star is that the staff don't really acknowledge you when you walked in. There were two people working who looked right at me and didn't say a word. I thought, okay, could've just been me. But another customer walked in a minute after me and loudly said "GOOD MORNING!" to wake the staff up. I giggled and turned to tell him good morning and a subtle nod for solidarity. Same thing to a woman customer to walked in right after, not a word. I have dealt with the Forney USPS location for over 3 years and it's a total joke. A new building or renovated building won't fix the issues that exist with USPS Forney location. Nothing will.
