She had us in and out in five minutes just about. I love how the set up of the store is cause everything is laid out so simple and easy to find everything I was looking for. The staff here is nice but Sally was very welcoming to us and very one who came in for any services. The proof was emailed to me on January 13 at 1:14 PM by Lea, and I responded on January 14 at 6:39 PM after realizing I had overlooked the email due to a very busy schedule. I even left a voicemail after hours before realizing the proof had already been sent. When I followed up to confirm whether the Friday deadline could still be met, I received an email from Lea stating: "No - It would be next week at this point unless we did a 1-day rush and it would be about 4 times more than the price quoted. Let us know what you want to do. I tried to call but I could not get you." I never received any missed calls, and no attempt was made to call my work number, which is clearly listed at the bottom of my email. I also explained that the proof initially contained an incorrect case number, despite me providing the correct information upfront, which contributed to the delay. Unfortunately, Lea's tone was rude, defensive, and aggressive, rather than professional or solution-oriented. I requested that someone in management contact me to see what could be done. When management did call me back, he sounded very young and displayed the same rude, defensive, and immature behavior. I was honestly shocked by the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service skills demonstrated by both individuals. I work with customers daily, and if a business commits to a deadline, clear and professional communication--especially for time-sensitive approvals--is critical. A simple follow-up call could have prevented this entire situation. When I explained this to the manager, his response was that they have a lot of customers and cannot be calling everyone back because they are very busy.
