I needed to get some forms notarized in a pinch for my kids' school and the USPS directed me to Mail Plus. It seems to be a full service shipping and printing business but I only spent a couple of minutes inside so not positive. I was in and out pretty quickly for the notary to help me out. The only reason I removed a star is that the staff don't really acknowledge you when you walked in. There were two people working who looked right at me and didn't say a word. I thought, okay, could've just been me. But another customer walked in a minute after me and loudly said "GOOD MORNING!" to wake the staff up. I giggled and turned to tell him good morning and a subtle nod for solidarity. Same thing to a woman customer to walked in right after, not a word. This store is so convenient on Highway 66 and the people are much nicer than the ones at the UPS store further up the road. When I send out my boxes to family member they are the ones I go to, and the lines aren't as long as the post office. Thanks for being there! read more

The owner told me he adds 15% to the cost of anything they ship. Their prices are outrageous and they move like turtles. The post office is a whole lot less expensive. I'll never go back to this place. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Stay away from this place. They have major attitude and don't seem to want to help people at all. They have all these policies about paying because they want cash only. They had an error on their computer, so instead of trying to fix it and print out my shopping label, they told me there was an error on their computer and couldn't help me. I ended up having to pay double for shipping because they simply didn't care. After all that, they didn't want to let me pay with my bank card because the total was just under $5. I didn't have any cash, so eventually they used my card. They then took my receipt and practically threw it at me. I thanked them, but they ignored me and just stared at me. This is a horrible way to run a business. Unless it's an emergency, stay far away from them. read more

I often pop in to this location to drop off UPS packages. Very easy to just stop in with my items ready to go and drop it off. They also help with packages that are not pre-packed and take care of the packaging for you. They seem to be the busiest right when they first open in the mornings. read more
