The tables won't fit." Um, Hi. How are you? (btw, the man that loaded up our truck was wonderful and fit all 7 tables and 50 chairs in.) We unloaded the tables at home and I thought I'd just raided a trash dumpster for them. Seriously. I called the next day to complain and was told "Well it's our busy season, so you got the dregs." I'm sorry. What? No apology. Just a "well, we just got some tables returned, so we'll come switch them out." Which they did. (and again, the man that came and switched the tables was super nice.) The "new" tables were barely better, however. Fast forward to returning them. Our party was on Saturday, and the rental place is closed on Sunday. So, after work on Monday, I called to say "I know you close at 5, so I'm calling to say I will be there right around then." A woman stated "well, that's cutting it close." Um, where are your people skills? My son and I pulled up at 5:00pm on the dot. The yard gate was closed and locked. The original rude blond woman was standing outside the gate with a dog, having clearly left work BEFORE 5pm. I rolled down the truck window and the lady said "We close at 5. The gate is locked and I don't have a key." She didn't even PRETEND to care. A car with two men in day-glo shirts pulled up next to her, said something, and drove away. I'll bet they were the yard workers asking if she wanted them to help us. Clearly she did not. When I said she was going to have to pick the tables and chairs up, she said "It'll cost you $30." What?! I'm sure they'd pick them up at my house and drop them right to another customer during this "busy season"! Seriously, I have never experienced such poor customer service. I will never go back and I will recommend that no one I know does either.

We hosted a Friendsgiving for 20 people in the Conshohocken area and needed a very last minute rental of tables and chairs. I found Big Bang on google the day before, at 4pm on a Sunday, and I was kindly greeted immediately by Felicia. Even being the day before my event, the pricing was very reasonable and competitive to other places in the area, actually costing less than everywhere else I had tried to call before finding Big Bang. Regardless of it being a Sunday evening, I was immediately sent over an invoice and confirmation for my rental which was very comforting as a customer trying a new company. I knew that even with the stress of coordinating my Friendsgiving, that I had one less thing to worry about because I could rely on Big Bang. The day of the event, my tables and chairs arrived right on time at 11am for when I reserved them and were picked up at 11:30pm on the dot as per my request. Truly phenomenal customer service to have a pickup so late at night so that I wouldn't have to have a 2-day rental. We were located on the second story of an old building and Big Bang even delivered our rental up the stairs. Above and beyond. Our event was so special because of Big Bang. I rented a bounce house combo with some chairs at a very reasonable price. The only issue I had was having to call them several times to pick up the rental. They were suppose to pick it up on Sunday night after the event but did not pick it up until Tuesday. Everything was still sitting outside waiting on their crew to pick it up. So from Sunday to Tuesday, I was paranoid, I didn't want to be charged or responsible if it was stolen or damaged.
