My first time visiting this venue and it was an overall great experience. Lots of parking, lots of food and drink options, lots of staff to assist and great seating! J Cole was BOMB as usual - BEST concert of his I've been to (& I've been to a bunch). Will always consider XFinity Mobile for performances going forward.

I saw Florence + the Machine here when it was the Wells Fargo Center, have attended nearly ten Flyers games, and have also come for the Sixers and J. Cole. Each visit has reinforced the same conclusion: this is a world-class venue that already does the difficult things exceptionally well. You can take SEPTA directly to the entire stadium complex, meet friends at Xfinity Live, and walk in or out without turning the evening into a logistical ordeal. Inside, security moves efficiently, the building is consistently clean, and the food includes enough Philadelphia favorites to give the arena a real sense of place. The sightlines are excellent, even from the 200 level, for both hockey and basketball. Concerts work just as well here: the sound is enormous without becoming muddy, and the scale of the room gives a major show the spectacle it deserves. At J. Cole last night, the massive stage, thunderous volume, and electric crowd made the entire building feel alive. Ultimately, this arena succeeds because it is exciting without being chaotic and enormous without becoming impersonal. It handles sports, concerts, and the movement of thousands of people with an ease that is easy to overlook precisely because everything works so smoothly. I understand the appeal of further developing downtown, but I do not understand the instinct to dismiss a venue that remains accessible, functional, and full of energy. Philadelphia already has an incredible arena, and it deserves to be praised accordingly.

Mixed. Nice view…read more Access to air conditioned area on a hot day nice. But pretty much same stadium food without access to some of the better options in Ashburn Alley. If you are not vanilla, dont expect to get the same courteous welcome and special treatment you read about, especially from the more aged workers here. Little bit of microaggresion you have to put up with, so you have to ask yourself, is it really worth it. My point of comparison is Fenway, where diversity feels a lot more welcome. You disappoint me Philly. And in some instances, if you dont fit the profile, expect to get some stares you might get at the Country Club you are not a member of from a few. The same ones who act uncomfortable when you take the similarly pricy seats next to them at a show. Screams a little of remnant of old boys club which someone like me strongly believes needs to be totally cancelled. But that is just my small opinion. But some real people and fans also do come so you can have a good time. Whether it is worth the extra bucks, meh. I'd rather be lower behind home plate. Another little advice. If coming for a day game before sundown, especially on a hot day, choose 3rd base side if you want to avoid the direct sunlight.
