Second phone call at 910, 'driver is almost there'. 9:25 phone call, driver in the village and will be there in less than 10 minutes. Long story short, we managed to get a ride with someone from the Inn and did not make it in time. We have now paid over $500 in additional fees to reschedule flights and get a hotel for the night in Boston. Do not use them.
