Second phone call at 910, 'driver is almost there'. 9:25 phone call, driver in the village and will be there in less than 10 minutes. Long story short, we managed to get a ride with someone from the Inn and did not make it in time. We have now paid over $500 in additional fees to reschedule flights and get a hotel for the night in Boston. Do not use them. I'll be reaching out to the admissions office at SUNY Potsdam too so they will stop recommending them.

As it was my first time to the area the driver was professional and personable and gave me a wonderful overview of the area. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the return trip, which occurred early in the morning. The second driver never even got out of the van to help me with my bags, despite the fact that I had an injured knee and was using a cane. I started to put my bags in the back when he told me just to toss them on the seat next to me. We had two people in our party. The second was 4 minutes late getting to the cab and the driver mad rot clear that he was late. We had trouble getting the sliding door on the van to Clair and again the driver never bothered to get out and assist. Just keep telling us we had to push the button harder. Quite rude and not was I had come to expect in this area. For the first ride they were happy to accept credit card but would only take cash for the rerun.
