Fans are only circulating hot air, leaving employees and customers sweating in miserable conditions. No one should have to work or do laundry like this. What's even more disappointing is they are failing to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the café owner, her employees, and all of us customers. The café owner is amazing and deserves so much better. She serves some of the best coffee in town, delicious food, and even offers the convenience of a drive-thru. She has created a wonderful business despite the unbearable conditions. It's time for the property owner to hurry and Fix the air conditioning. The people who work there and the customers who support these businesses deserve far better.

No apology was ever given, except by the original people that I dropped my dress off to when I picked up the dress, I was also charged more than what they told me originally so I have a feeling I may have been charged twice for boxing. For something as sentimental as a wedding dress, I would've assumed that a little more kindness would have taken place.
